It's actually a really good earlygame strat. He dies multiple times, his life costs nothing, meanwhile your laner gets a huge shutdown which you collect because he gets too confident in his ability and makes risky plays, then you creampie the whole map while your Rammus continues to int everyone, then you collect multiple shutdowns and get really really fed. Profit!

Riot doesnt do IP bans because in asia alot of people play league at PC cafes. Ip banning would mean only one banned persone is required for the entire cafe to be banned, since they all use the same IP.

Yk nobody does this shit because ipv4 address pool is limited? With 98% probability you share the same address with other clients of ur ISP, since you're behind NAT. That is unless you specifically have paid for a static ip.

I actually got that guy on my team as rammus one game too Crazy part is, it wasn't even a ranked game, not even a normal draft or blind. Believe It or not, it was URF mode and he still ran it down I kinda get it doing this in ranked, because your tilting a person that's actually trying to win, so for a braindead troll that might be funny for some reason, but URF mode? He's just wasting his time because no one legit cares about winning an urf game 😂

Btw fun fact You can go 3 sperm items on ap junglers or smth and have 450 or smth ms They somehow stack and turn to some snowbally items or some annoying ass items and you can easily get lead from the cheap ass sperm as a jungler running around Random thoughts but I just wanna see it in my team for once and not on enemy jungler that fists my team everygame :)

Vanguard does hardware bans, riot doesnt do IP bans because in Asia alot of people play league in PC cafes. That would make everyone get banned becase on person got IP banned
