Poor Brad. Yeah, he's not good for Sabrina, but that's not his fault. Since when do lions eat skittles? That can't be good for them Poor Mr. Kraft. He's a jerk but he's not exactly the one who was in the wrong here.
I don't feel bad for Brad in this scene because it served him right for being a jerk toward Sabrina for no reason (except of the fact that he's a Witch Hunter without realising it) beside it's amusing to see him terrified of the lion🦁.
He can't help that. The witch hunter thing is in his DNA. There's nothing he can do about it. He's a nice guy when he's not affected by it. It's ridiculous to say that he deserves this
It's so dumb they cut out all the singing Mr Kraft does "you take a gold brick out!" - I know they cut out a lot of the original music due to licencing, but it's really annoying when they cut out actual scenes to avoid paying for the music licence
I kind of feel sorry for Brad, he’s got no personal agency over how the witch hunter gene in him makes him react to Sabrina, and that undermines him being a Male Libby. There are episodes where Sabrina is the one being mean about him, like being jealous that Harvey has a best friend. Once the gene is removed there’s no exploration of Brad without it, and whether there could be a more positive relationship between him and Sabrina or Dreama without it interfering.
You know what? I was happy for Mr. Kraft. He earned that gold after dealing with all the witches in his life and being an underpaid school principal full of teenagers.
I agree. Lucy was far more evil than he ever was and he was her unfortunate and unknowing victim. Hilda once pepper-sprayed him for something that was not his fault at all. And then there's bratty Sabrina. He is a jerk but he is also a victim. In this episode he was just a victim.
I'm guessing they didn't have the budget for real gold. They could have at least used gold-painted lead, though; those bricks weigh at least 25 pounds each.
