I still don't understand how NRS went from combo crazed to zoner central. No one watches fighting games for the zoners. They are poison for the longevity of a fighting game.

@@MisT419 It's about balance. Street fighter is more balanced to their zoners that can get in. NRS gives buffs to their zoners to increase their knockback, damage, or chip damage.

@@jonathanharwood1255 first..scarecrow is an amazing rush down massive damage machine. Legion was just patient and smart about the matchup. You talk as if scarecrow is just trash and make it seem like a bye. Just another casual talking nonsense.
