Context for anyone new: There's a payphone at the pedestrian lane in sixth street just across 141 Convenience Store and if you interact with it late at night, someone speaks to you like they're in trouble. There were two that I encountered: one was about someone begging for help because there's someone robbing their place. The other was someone mistaking you for a person they potentially lost.
