I was feeling bloated & gross a lot so I did an intolerance test & rated 99% on wheat & soy which are in nearly everything but now i've cut them out mostly, i feel great but a test like that may be a good idea for you if you aren't feeling 100% I got to the point where i was just so fed up with feeling like crap all the time.
