Thanks for asking. Make sure that you follow the steps correctly. After you successfully connect your iPhone to the software, if your device information doesn't show up on the screen automatically, choose "iPhone" first in the drop-down menu of "Device Category". Then, click the drop-down menu of "Device Type" and scroll down to find and select your iPhone X. As soon as you select the "iPhone X" as the Device type, the "Device Model" part will automatically display the model that matches your iPhone X.

I'm doing the 1st step right now but my device type isn't showing.It only shows the phones up to iPhone 6s but I have an iPhone 11.What should I do please help

For iPhone 11 entering recovery mode, you need to turn it off first. Then press volume up button and release. Press and quickly release volume down button. Press and hold side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

When you erase it, do u have to sign in with the same apple id that was in the phone before erasing or can you just log in with a different apple id? Im bad at english sorry..

Yes, the only way to unlock a disabeld iPhone or iPad is to restore the device to factory settings, which will delete all your data including the Lock Screen passcode. If you have backup in place, you have option to restore your data after erasing your phone.

Hi, it should work if your iPhone has internet connection, wifi or cellular data is OK. And also make sure Find My iPhone feature has been enabled on your phone before it's locked or disabled. If this method doesn't work for you, try iPhone Unlocker tool in Method 1.😀

Thanks for asking. Have you synced and backed up your iPhone to iTunes or turned iCloud Photos? If you do, you can get back the pictures and other backed-up content from the backup after unlocking your iPhone with iPhone Unlocker. Have you tried iPhone Unlocker route at 1:10? The software doesn't require an Apple ID in the unlock process, but after reset, you need to use your Apple ID to set up your iPhone so you can use it.
