Can't pair Bluetooth keyboard, Check the PIN and try connecting again Fix 

This. This is the video. I have a Bluetooth adapter, which I thought was the issue. But it wasn’t, my AirPods just weren’t connecting. Changing the log on name to local service allowed me to finally connect. Thank you!!!!!

Dude, your video worked. This was very much a pain in the ass to do before I found this video. I really don't know why Windows makes this so convoluted, but the second suggestion you told me worked. For some reason I was not able to use the first option cause there was no wizard on my computer, which is very odd. The registry key you posted in the description lead me directly to the place I needed to be. I deleted the folders as described and the code I needed to enter popped right up. Now my keyboard is connected. Keep doing tutorials like this. It is the type I like. Too bad RU-vid would not quarry it. I had to actually search in Google itself, which is dumb. Anyways, worked out great!!!

I found solution for my keyboard... When it pops out to put PIN just tipe 4 digit number and click connect and then press the same 4 digit PIN code on your bluetooth keyboard and press enter/return

This video helped me today! I did the first option then had to select enter password on keyboard, typed the password posted and hit enter and the keyboard is now working. Thanks for the help!

Fiz uma adaptação na última etapa e funcionou para mim. No meu caso, um notebook ideapad gaming 3 não estava reconhecendo um teclado bluetooth da corsair (K63). Nessa última etapa, do LOCAL SERVICE, o sistema não reconheceu de forma automática, ai tive que ir nas opções avançadas e estabelecer isso manualmente. Precisei também incluir uma senha. Após isso, reiniciei o Serviço de Suporte Bluetooth e o notebook conseguiu parear com o teclado. Obrigado!
