Toy Caldwell from The Marshall Tucker Band wrote this song. It was the first single from their initial album. It's a great song and we had fun covering it. Frank kills the vocals as usual, Gordon works his magic on the Yamaha Electric Drums and John plays lead on my awesome 1997 Bourgeios Country Boy (Ricky Skaggs Signature Model). I am playing rhythm on my sweet 1994 Gibson Hummingbird. We hope you enjoy our cover.

Another one of my all time favorites... I'll never forget the time back in the early 90's Marshal Tucker and band did a free concert for all us soldiers at Ft. Stewart GA. I brought my current girl to the show and she kinda took my reaction to this song a little to personal... LOL. good times.. awesome memories.. Thanks again...

Nice job. My son is a professional musician with a degree in music. A genius who played, mixed, composed and produced 6 albums all by himself. I listened and I enjoyed. Why don’t you do yourselves a favor and move your kitchen table to a spot that’s acoustically sound. 😂 You all sound good on this song. I was thinking of Toy Cauldwell as I listened, actually reminiscing about 😅my trip to August jam at Charlotte Motor Speedway a few years after the first Woodstock. (I have pictures of the crazy fun.)🤩 I hope this message lifts you up.❤

I will take the time to listen to some of your other songs. I have a good ear. When you are concentrating so hard to create it isn’t easy to comprehend your gift level. I understand.

Awesome job! Drums were a bit overpowering for an acoustic song, making the guitars seem too soft, maybe put towels over drums to soften or use brushes instead of sticks.

Thanks for watching and commenting. We are always trying to work on sound with a minimal budget🤣. The drums are Yamaha electric so we need to turn them down some more. We only use one microphone so it is a struggle. Thanks again for watching.
