When someone who is experienced receding a significant portion of them experience receding at the main hairline together at the temple points
Now if you're one of those who have experienced more receding at the main hairline, that's straightforward
But what if you're like Gareth
who receding not only in the main hair line but equally at the temple points
If we just fix the main hairline, we end up with a low hairline and they will still feel that the forehead is still wide.
Because we didn't look after the width of the forehead
There's always a degree of hesitancy when it comes to treating Temple Points.
Classically, the use of multiple hair graphs to treat the temple points, together with a classic thinking of using less grafts to treat the area to better save the donor
What you end up is a transplanted area that is looking unnatural, pluggy, low density and sparse.
Now you can understand why a lot of places are reluctant to treat the temple points
and advise not to treat
I myself used to feel like that
until one day I start applying my own technique on hairlines for the tempo points...
