Don't you worry about it God has it all planned out. That Dome of the Rock, when it is time God has it covered. The bible says the third temple will be built, he never lied to us. Who knows how it goes, but it will be gone. They need the ark of the covenant to retrieve Moses staff, and the 10 commandments for the new Temple.

The Ark is right where it's supposed to be. If we are supposed to find it, we will. If GOD wants the Ark to be in any place it will be there. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I'm an Orthodox Christian. Currently, the Ethiopian (Orthodox) Church claims it is in possession of the Ark. (Lack of access granted & security measures make many doubt these claims.) Ancient tradition & intervening history have led several (Eastern Orthodox) priests with whom I have spoken to believe that the Ethiopians' claim is possible. The Lord knows -- may He have mercy on our crazy world! 🙏🕯️☦️

No the Dome of the Rock does not have to be destroyed the original Temple is located elsewhere which is why they will rebuild only once the Ark has been found, which is likely located on Oak Island hidden by the Templars themselves 100’s of years ago.

The Ark of the Covenant was removed or disassembled when it wasn’t needed anymore because of the danger it posed to everyone but the very few who were given instructions on its function. The being who gave the Israelites the Ark quickly removed if or returned it or simply disassembled it.

Not sure why they don't just build a tabernacle like in Moses day. That way they can move it anywhere. If they really wanted to do this. They could. I don't see why it has to be on that spot. A traveling tabernacle seems perfect for these times.

Does the Dome of the Rock have to be destroyed for the coming third temple? No way for many, many reasons. Also, many believe that the temple does not have be a brick-and mortar building it could also possibly be a Tabernacle/tent or possibly even be an altar. ONLY time is going to tell much like much of Bible prophecy.
