Wow you quoted him! very insightful comment and very funny that you got the joke! Thank you for adding a lot to this comment section with this comment!
The Blue Salamander I know, right? How can someone be obnoxiously uncharismatic in a good way? Being obnoxiously uncharismatic isn’t a good thing - at all. 😂
Man, to think I was actually this close to hacking the emmy’s in 2018 in Nathan’s favor. Thank goodness they reminded me to not engage in any illegal activity. Thanks, guys!
Thanks I will certainly not use this information to easily hack the emmys and nominate my favorite shows. I'm sure no one else will either, so luckily there is no reason to investigate after the results.
@@leizero come on, Ro, Nathan passed away last month... denial doesn't help Lazy Ro... productivity does, try exercise, effort, or getting a hobby to help deal with your grief, lying in a RU-vid video comment section is not a good way to deal with grief.

Matthew Mitchell yea and as an independent it's pretty fun to see the Dems now doing it with the aid of the media after moralizing to Trump about it. lol
@@MartinEiken Nope. It's pretty subtle, that's why I didn't notice it. And maybe I'm overanalyzing it but it's a joke about cons and con-artists because a con is a "Trust" based game. It's farcical Show to get what you want from someone. Also there's some inception level stuff going on here with shows. Discussing a show "Trust" which is part of the Emmy's, another show, while constructing a con(the third show). Or it could just be off-hand commentary about the Emmy's, and the uncertainty of that is also kind of funny. Is it a multi-layered joke(like an elaborate con) or honest conversation? Am I in on the joke or am I seeing what I want to see?
@@MartinEiken Speaking of shows there's a really good show called Sneaky Pete that you might like. It's centered around a con artist and this family he attaches himself to (not based on a true story). Great show though, can't recommend it enough.
@@naruii5160 watches video with millions of views on how easy it is to hack voting machines, claims theres no widespread voter fraud lmao. Unless your being facetious you should reevaluate yourself and how you process information. Saying theres no widespread voter fraud after seeing this and steven crowder literally driving to places people "voted" from just for them to be empty lots or parking lots, is called living in denial.
So today I was almost the victim of an online banking scam where someone who pretended to work for my bank told me I had authorized a huge charge via Zelle and called me and tried to convince me to send myself the same amount of money to “mimic the charges” so I could dispute them. And I very genuinely immediately thought of this video when I realized they had spoofed another bank’s number to send me my own verification code. Thank you Nathan, you sort of helped me avoid a scam.
Any time somebody is telling you to make a transaction, that's a huge red flag. A bank will never ask you to move your own money around just to fix a problem.
Things like that are why you always use Walter as your example person. If you're talking about Walter then someone interjecting an "or her" just sounds stupid.
Vector3 well you have to write the fake website, and you have to write the script that sends out verification codes and return them, which requires at least a decent knowledge of programming and web technologies
Jo right, that doesn’t really effect my point though. My point was that obviously it’s not like anyone can just do this attack after watching the video.
This guy posted videos of thin watermelons and dancing to shakira. Takes a break for 7 years. Comes back and posts a serious video of hacking the emmys. Then goes back into hibernation. Lol I love him
seriously for a second there that guy removed the comedy from the video. it made me think of other attacks that have happened since then... such as January 6th... it really was so easy for them to just get in, you wouldn't think it would be, but it is
@@MegustaGamingCorner I waited until now because it takes a degree of mental fortitude to watch the show, which has to be built over time. I do not take on this task lightly.
I can imagine Nathan’s lawyer basically instructing lines he must say (seems like a Nathan for you season 5 episode like the jimmy kimmel best talk show guest story episode) 😂❤️ and if Nathan for you wins lmao another scandal he started brilliant!!
I am beyond shock over how easy it is to hack this fine institution. Nathan, if your show does not win an Emmy you must investigate because fraud has been committed. Godspeed, brother may the overlords give us yet another day.
Larry David He gaved info about how phishing can be used to get info from others. Looking up what phishing is will give a very detailed explanation about what phishing is and how it's used/created.
He also showed how a site and an email were created, and what their purpose was in the process. Did you not see the video? And sure, you can always find more info, but this video is actually a good overview of how phishing works.
This should never be done. It would be very easy to do, but we shouldn't do it. Theoretically, we could do this and guarantee Nathan an Emmy, but we shouldn't do it. I'm glad this video shows us how to do it, so that we know that we shouldn't really hack the Emmy's. I just want to reiterate that we, as fans of Nathan, should not follow these steps and hack the Emmy's. Don't do it guys. Don't hack the Emmy's.
Nathan, your show demonstrates the hacker spirit over and over. Creative misdirection, vulnerability assessment, building upon smaller exploits. Thanks for using the talent to illuminate gullibility and make us laugh instead of stealing all our money.
The expert is so enthusiastic in a German way, but nevertheless he takes much pleasure in explaining the hacking process. He is so disconcerted by Nathan opening the possibility that someone could do that at his disadvantage or advantage. The awkwardness coming out of their exchange is just perfect. To actually make a fake website is just the cherry on top. Nathan Fielder is playing in another category than other comedians. While his jokes in interviews sometimes can fell flat because they're improvised, when he manage to pull a joke like this that put the joke as much on the audience (us) as it’s in the video, it becomes really a form of art. To manage to make everyone as participant to the joke as this is something rare. I read back my comment to see if I made some mistakes and can't help but feel like I'm _nerding_ out on him, but I'm just blown away, by the 4D joke Nathan is making here.
nathalie elwood oh well my bad, hope I didn’t offend anyone. I guess he has that clinical rigidity usually associated with Germans + plus the accent seem similar to me. Is he Dutch or Danish? It says he’s from a university in Copenhagen.
I'm a fan and I will not easily hack the emmys voting poll, just to have my favorite tv show Nathan for you to win an Emmy. Totally not gonna do it for my favorite show of all time.
