Technically reverse osmosis simply allows some water to pass through the membrane, and isn’t clogging it because it’s very passive. But I would never use a syrup on it because it probably does build up inside
Also according to the published flow rate of that filter system of 100 gallons per day, it should take that filter system 1 minute to fill a glass with 8 oz of water. It took 10 seconds in the video 🤔. Don't think the video looks 6x sped up to me...
Hello. I saw this movie and the question came to me. This is a 5 filter device. But the membrane filter and carbon post filter of this device are not connected to any hose. So in practice, your device is purifying with 3 filters. The hardness of Coca-Cola is between 800 and 1000 ppm due to its sugar content. How can you reduce the hardness to 60 ppm without using a membrane?
@@IuismiBut you need a sealed system in order to create that pressure. Like the brakes on your car, if the lines aren't pressurized they dont move the fluid like they're supposed because there isnt enough force to do so.
The coke bottle isn't even hooked up to the filter! The thing behind the coke bottle is going to the filter! You can see it before he puts the coke bottle down! 😂
But the main problem with the RO filters is the very High water rejection as you can able to see in the video only half a glass of water has come out with intake of around 1.5lit of any water........ yes RO membrane filters do have a 2.5 to 3 times of water rejection rate so don't use them as we have limited water thank you
@@pubginc.7328 even though you will get a very small amount to be restored from waste water it will be very low than any other water ad the suspended and organic matter will clog and Contaminated the RO membrane...... So problem remains problem only.......... I hope it's not debatable.......
@@81-pramodkumar21 the problem only remains if you are lazy enough to not find a solution. I've been using RO since 20 years. Never had an issue saving the waste water because ultimately it's coming from the tap, essentially that's what we all use for daily tasks like cleaning and stuff, it's not different from using the water for washing the dishes. I've never seen any organic matter float around in my waste water collection. So you are absolutely wrong here and ignorant, and it's debatable.
Don't buy this brand it's a fake video and I don't think the brand should be supported for that reason alone. But osmosis was made to create salt from water, reverse osmosis takes all of it out.
60ppm is unacceptable. Least "good quality" water you should purify is 20-25 ppm Also in case this video wasn't fake... that reverse osmosis is clogged forever and won't work well anymore
Most of the coke got in the first filter. Water was in the second filter. Once the first filter was full then water appears in the cup. I hate suped adds. What you should do next is to start with the filters off and upside down.
what do you mean not sure? LOL. next you can actually test the high pressure inline filters and the water quality compare to mains water, that would be great
As a 4th year engineering student, sorry to say we can't do that sir. The only thing we can do to filter water is by reverse osmosis or distillation process. Only the LORD Jesus Christ can turn water into wine.
What people do t realize is the water that is used to make even that small amount of water so this is bogus reverse osmosis doesn't work by one to one filtering it takes 3 to 20 gallons to make one gallon
Can they make big ones for dams, pools, councils etc and why are we still punishing under poverty line countrys cant we help them out. I mean we all die of natural age eventually.
I bought the seven stage filter one, and the POS gives me a PPM of 275 and an EC of 500. 🖕🏼 Nu, don't believe what they show. I set it up like how it's supposed to be, I end up getting hard water without chlorine. I've taken it apart and put it back together twice, and it's still chlorine-less tap water
