About the Panelists:
Nighat Daad
Nighat Dad is the Executive Director of the Digital Rights Foundation and a member of the Facebook oversight board. She's working on digital rights discourse in Pakistan along with cyber harassment, harassment, data protection, and free speech online. She identifies as a feminist and works to empower women through the use of ICTs.
Nighat is the recipient of the prestigious Dutch Human Rights Tulip Award, a TED Fellow and a TIME's Next Generation Leader.
Farieha Aziz
Farieha Aziz is a Karachi-based journalist and a co-founder of digital rights advocacy group, Bolo Bhi. She is a member of the Women's Action Forum - Karachi chapter.
Palvasha Shahab
Palvasha Shahab is the Executive Director of the Rasheed Razvi Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights (RCCHR), and the Legal Aid Foundation for Victims of Rape and Sexual Assault (LAFRSA)
