Hey there thank you for the kind words! To be honest, my set up is nothing special, at least not in the videos that are up right now. I just moved houses and I’m working on my new office space I was considering doing a video about the various chores. I need to get all that up and running.

This looks like the M2N68-LA rev 1.01 motherboard. I believe it has the nforce 430/ nforce 6150se chipset that should support Phenom processors. But the latest BIOS for this board is 5.13, and that might only support and recognize up to the Phenom II X4 940 at best. You might be able to "use" other Phenom CPUs, but they will be heavily down clocked if the HP BIOS doesn't officially recognize them. Also it would need to be the 95w variant and not the 125w version. I'd be interested to see if the Phenom II X4 945 would be recognized as well. Good Luck!!

where do you get your crt monitor from btw? i cant find any locally and anything shipped online is expensive and would probably be broken and postage. nice video btw!

I got really lucky on an eBay listing. It turned out the seller was local to me so I messaged him directly, and we worked out a cash deal. They’re hard to come by these days especially the really high-end ones. Mine has a pretty low resolution that can cause some issues sometimes keep looking you’ll find something. I encourage you to be picky and wait for a good price because sellers online love to charge way too much.
