There are 2 worlds in IT.. one’s working at 3-4lakhs per year and one’s working at 3-4laks per month…gap is big and skills are a big factor, but the biggest factor is luck too..
Yes it's possible for a 3 tier college engineer to earn 75+LPA in India other than startups by just self study with personal development plan and switching the job at right time (less) for growth in financial+technical dimensions.
@@DenDrio_Gaming mainly there are 3 dimensions, vertical growth, horizontal growth, financial growth When you are not growing in any 2 dimensions, it means you should switch. Similarly, in case there is no growth in all 3 dimensions then you must switch.
@@Divyanshu.Sharan to be honest, in the job market, you are your brand ambassador, therefore, you need to have a balance of skills, and an accreditation like institution, and brands you have worked with. When you do not have any degree then you have to balance that with other factors. So having a relevant degree has some weightage, like wise having a degree from tier 1 have more weightage then tier 2 , tier 3. Practically is it possible but it is going to be tough on you if you do not have a relevant technical degree as you have to balance with other branding factors. You can focus on your industry relevant skills while studying and do not distract with percentage race as it is not going to help you that much, you just need a degree with 70% with industry relevant skills.
@@AshwaniKumarIndian so can I do btech for any cheap t3 college... Where there's no attendance policy and in meanwhile... I will study for four years from a good coaching to get good skills in computer science... Is that possible to get job after that ? I'm getting worst colleges.. so I don't want to waste money on that

I have given JEE Mains paper in 2024 and I have come in low rank in jee mains because of that, I have got lower branch in DTU like mechanical engineering, engineer physics etc. but I But should I come forward and take placement in a tech company, should I take a lower branch in dtu or should I take a CSE branch in a private college, please suggest me.🙏 Because I want placement in tech type of company and I have no interest in any other core branch, hence will I be right to go here or no ?
