@@gigaforlife1629 it's easy. Hold the right stick to deny transitions, then rotate the stick to transition to desired position. Hold left trigger or L2, then simultaneously push the left stick forward, then rotate the right stick during the takedown animation.

Bro I'd tried to play it and the strikes dont even feel legit. No force to then. Ground and pound is shit. They probably paid a fuck load for the rights, but I feel like THQ, and 2k always make better games. EA is only about money and micro transactions
Sometimes I would lose fights on purpose because I thought it was cool and interesting how they updated fighters records and I likes to see how they would look after a couple fights and how the division would play out before winning the championship.
Still amazes me how a game that came out close to a decade ago still has better presentation, better grappling and an overall better MMA experience for fans then EA UFC 4... I still think UFC 4 is a good game but Jesus Christ man the difference in the amount of care and passion between both games is pretty shocking
Though not quite exhibited in this video's playthrough, Anderson Silva has got the best standing clench offense in this game. Moreover, his double collar tie clench side whip transition to knee-to-the-head is just plain devastating. Moreover, he has a very good flying knee as well as sway attacks. He is simply unparalleled OP in the Middleweight division.
this game is so much better and superior ... you could truly shape the way you wanted to fight, and clearly define a style for yourself. people would use wrestlers and wrestlefk and clinchfk me back in the day because it was their style. i love this game so much, literally the only reason i still own a ps3 lol
I literally clapped after watching this fight.. had me on edge, can't believe UFC 4 can't match this in grappling or even certain modes, the Championship mode is dope.. Imagine using using the current fighters and being able to fight your way to a belt, no need to create fighters.. I don't mind story mode but this is nice man, even the weigh-ins are sweet.. f**** EA man, THQ took a dump on what EA has been doing for the last couple of games..
i am glad these videos are doing better. u can tell how different the energy is when you’re playing this game in comparison to ufc 4. i had to bust ufc undisputed 3 on the 360 after this. keep these vids coming, martial!
Man I really hope ea watches your videos and realizes how much they're messing up. All though it definitely wont happen as ufc 5 would sell no matter what. Every ea sports game is like that, maybe improve the graphics touch a couple of things then release.
The presentation and grappling of this is incredibly better than UFC 4. If only they would make an updated version of this and graft on the UFC 4 striking & submission mini-game. That would make the perfect MMA game
MAN!! I remember how good the grappling was in this game but it’s literally LEAGUES above EA UFC 4 (or any ea ufc game lol) 😭😭 like I thought I was just being nostalgic but na this game still holds up
Is it just me, or is the fighter animations, the production and overall aesthetic of this way better than UFC 4? Like the graphics aren’t as good but it still looks better? Proportions look way better, animations are cleaner. As an actual mirror to the ufc this is so so much better. It looks like actual care and attention is in this product
What was that saying that you're only a true champion if u have defended the belt? I don' t aggree with it but I'd love to see u defend that belt. Winning it is only half of the process imo
Man if THQ never went out of business and EA never got the license to make UFC games we would have a damn near masterpiece of an MMA game if the undisputed series were still around
