Jack and Joe are such a good choice for this series. You have the old pro, and the new tryhard who won't give up. There's an anime arc in the making here and I love it, and dumb stuff like that is just my favorite thing about Challenge Accepted. Probably one of the best shows they've done in a while. So simple, so awesome.

Funny thing about playing the Origins version: - Origins has a Time Attack mode (I believe it unlocks after clearing at least one Act in one game) that would've made repeat attempts easier. - In Anniversary Mode, Sonic has the Drop Dash move from Mania; while jumping, hold the button again until you land, and you get an instant speed boost. Still, good times.

Jacks 26 second run hit the bonus ring at 26 seconds + 61 frames (I suspect the clock stops at the spinner not the ring). Trevor's hit the bonus ring at 26 seconds 49 frames. So Trevor did, in fact, have a faster 26 second run than Jack. Joe's "very slow 26" was 26+59 frames.

SPOILERS I opened the video in Premiere and it looks like Joe's 26s is 2 frames slower than Trevor's 26s, but Jack's 26s attempt was slower than the others. So it's like: Jack: 26s + 28 frames Joe: 26s + 25 frames Trevor: 26s + 23 frames (of course Jack beat his own time later)

Challenge: in the original DOOM, defeat all enemies on the first level (the hanger E1M1) using only your fists. On “Hurt me Plenty” or higher. (I would set the difficultly higher but I don’t have faith AH will get it on “Ultra Violence” or “nightmare”)

This is easily my favorite AH show. Not that the others are bad, but Challenge Accepted is awesome...Play Pals is pretty close. Survive Block Island also great, it's why I'm a FIRST member!

Wait... it's been a while since I played original sonic game, we're you able to do his revving up when you push down on the D pad? I don't recall being able to do that in the original. Unless this feature was added in this version since you can also play as Tails or Knuckles

Spin dashing was introduced in Sonic 2, with all the rereleases of the Sonic trilogy I think they just added a later port onto this collection they're playing, the lives have been replaced with coins and you can play more characters too.

The rev up spin dash from a stationary position was not in the original Genesis/Megadrive version of Sonic 1. It was first introduced in Sonic 2. Subsequent re-releases of Sonic 1 have added it to the game

Going to have to disagree with you there chief, both percussion instruments but gongs are seperate from cymbals. Also a "crash" is more likely a sound you could make with certain cymbals and could be argued for some gongs too but I'd be more inclined to say strike or ring for a gong since they tend to be pitched percussion. TL;DR sorry, being a music nerd. have a good day!

This is kind of cool because this used to be how I played this game before I could afford too many games. You see what the most optimal run is on early levels.
