We had a craving for some crispy onion rings but I have already relocated the big propane burner that we use for frying things on the patio so I broke out the portable induction cooker. crispy onion rings takes a lot of energy and the big question we strive to answer is can we make crispy onion rings with the induction cooker?
The crispy onion ring recipe we decide to try was a simple beer batter method. The onion rings turned out great but the process was way too slow and the crispy onion rings we were hoping for were not so crispy.
