Enabler! I went on to just LOOK! Just look at the crayons! Even though I have them and love 💕 them already, I bought more and another $52 worth of stuff! I did forget to use your link. Sorry. 😔 But I will definitely be back and will promise to use your enablers entryway next time!

Love when you Play; I have a few sets of the Distress Crayons but I haven't had time to Play with them :( When I set my other water soluble crayons I use the Krylon Matte Finish when I want the colors to stay Vibrant. I have used Mod- Podge on the Twistable & Gelato's and Neo-Color 2 and it works Great..So I am Hoping the Distress Crayons work like the other crayons. I like using the Gesso; as I can blend the colors so much easier. You are so right in saying it all depends what look you are going for as to if you use Gesso. ( But I'm a Gesso Freak; so I always use Gesso ) TYFS Talked to Hubby, he said after he pays the Bills, then I can Help; if that's OK? Kelly, You've ROCKED another great tutorial, thanks for your tips and tricks❣ I've got a question though, I made a small mixed media piece, did the background in watercolors but sealed it using school glue and water. Then I used a stamp for the face of the woman, I used regular color pencils for shading and her top, and hair "off the heater red" . Here's my question, have you ever tried using white school glue and water to blend regular color pencils? I didn't have anything else and it seemed to work, but I used cotton swabs. Should I have tried a brush because it did take some of the color off the piece. Patty🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

So, using the distress crayons mixed with glue or mod podge mixed in makes it more permanent? I suppose that mod podge works better than regular glue since it has a varnish in it.

i feel like an idiot. how many times have i commented tonight? but apparently lighting is a common issue with videos/and color. it's not just you. the technology hasn't caught up to true colors yet. not unless you spend lots of money to upgrade your equipment. i'm not telling you to do that. i have a kid's video cam but no tripod ... and it's hard to art with my built in webcam. so nope. just sayin'. it's common. ask patti tolley parrish. reds show as orange, turquois as cobalt purple as a less vibrant poopy brown and so on. so glad to see you!

kelly i know this month is torture for you and given what else is happening i can only imagine. but believe me when i tell you that as an artist one of the most important things to do is play. just breathe and go in.
