Far out guys this video was PAIN. Sorry there was such a massive delay between videos, I've literally been ready to publish this for two weeks but among several factors there was a huge sh*tfight behind the scenes between myself and my old enemy; RU-vid's Content ID, but like the hundred battles before PAPAZORP EMERGED VICTORIOUS! Thank you so much for your patience with an update on this project too, once you guys get to see a bit more of the collab unfolding you see why it's taken so long. This is going to be really something special. Love you to you all Zorptrons
mate! i've been casually watching your vids for a few months now (i used to paint lotr minis back in the day) but this project (and that last video) has got me hyped!! subbed
Haters: Even with a proxxon, it would take a number beyond reckoning, thousands, to make this city. Zorpazorp: Tens of thousands. Haters: But my lord, there is no such force! Zorpazorp: *Gestures to RU-vid screen smugly*
And last and proudest, Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth, kinsman of the Lord with gilded banners bearing his token of the ship and silver swan, and a company of knights in full harness riding grey horses, and behind them seven hundreds of men at arms, tall as lords, grey eyed, dark haired singing as they came "Lachie the builder, foam stronger than stone, it needs a bit of a paint job, but it looks good enough to call home" - superb build and community project can't wait for the rest!!
However long editing the end sequence took, it was totally worth it! This project is looking fantastic, and its great to see so many other youtubers helping out! Thanks for the brilliant videos as always!
The stonework is really nice, and the scale of the project is mind-boggling. Only a week to make that entire gate tower?! Blimey, you are good. It is great to see MS Paint venturing in to Middle Earth.
Man I remember when this was announced and I was super into a binge of the battles on this channel, just never got recommended again and suddenly I see this again after talking to a friend who works in a game shop about this project. Nice work, crazy stuff
@@Zorpazorp It was worth every minute spent on it, had me bent over laughing at my screen harder than I have in a long time! We need to modify the list for the best LotR extended cut series to binge. Lord of the Zorps series will happily claim its place next to the other LotR productions, with many contributors now paying tribute to Peter Jacksons productions. Looking forward to the so much more awesome content incoming from you all!
The build will be so awesome !!! And the fellowship of the Zorp is probably the best cast I've seen !!! My eyes are shining at the thought of all these people working together.
Nice one Lachie, as already mentioned Lotro's Minas Tirith is highly worth some time exploring (easy to teleport to). At worst it has some interesting street layouts/clutter and building facades (including interiors) for some inspiration!
@@EmbraCraig I tried to get back into it but they axed my server a long time ago (rip Vilya) and all my characters are in limbo as transfers from dead servers have been in limbo for the past several years.
Not only is this a brilliant piece and a brilliant idea by Zorp, but he's done it beautifully and the fact that the community came together for this, heart warming! Love you Zorp!
@@Zorpazorp well it would be hard not to notice all the research alone you do to keep screen accuracy, and as close as the "real" sets as possible. The build is gonna be amazing, great job.
Yowza mate, this is bloody great. A few minutes later, but I'm still overawed. I'll still be bloody overawed when I see this again. Just give me a moment...
Impressive, full of figurines with above all unique decorations that only you are able to achieve! it's crazy crazy in the face !! A feast for the eyes !!! 🙂😀😃😄😁🙃😆
So…a few things. 1. That build us going to be insane. I love how easy you make it look! 2. Who knew Oliver looked so good as an elf? 3. We absolutely need an extended edition of Fellowship of the Zorp! Great video dude!
The reveal at the end of the Fellowship of the Zorp was beautiful sight to behold. Well done on the editing, and it's wonderful to see a bunch of familiar faces involved on the collaboration. Looking forward to seeing what the Fellowship of the Zorp creates! :)
Man, how epic is this! It makes me want to travel to Australia and see it with my own eyes. Heck, I'd even want to play on it and I haven't been playing LOTR for 16 years! Good luck, I cannot wait to see the whole build!
You're such an adhd person just like me! I thought you were gonna finish the dolguldur board first, but hey let's start a new project🤣🤣🤣. I love it! Reminds me of the way I work!
AAAAAAAWWWWW YYYEEEAAAHHH. Looking fantastic! Man I want to see what everyone's doing for the project dammit RIGHT NOW! Some great channels thats for sure!
Your commitment to these terrain pieces never ceases to amaze me. I wish you'd sell bottles of "Zorp Terrain Enthusiasm"...I'd buy some for sure lol That ending ROFL!!! :)
THat ending! if you want further 3d reference, visit Minas Tirith in Lord of the Rings online, its such a good representation of the city, in both pre and post battle forms
Holy moly this project get more and more exciting with each update! It's awesome what you and fellow hobbyists from around the word are creating. Im assuming you will do a final 4 hour extended edition once its complete right? haha :):) Keep up the amazing work!!!
