I think that ghosty was a pirate on a big boat, and budgey and ghosty knew eachother, yet, the ship they were on sank so budgey had no choice except to leave ghosty behind. Ghosty then died but then she still watches over budgey until now. Ghosty realizes that budgey is safe due to being independent now, so ghosty takes out his anger on infected or survivors. Ghosty was known for being invisible behind glass, and no one knew until one day, a survivor named zizzy, found ghosty's eyepatch floating and same for weapon and hat, zizzy realizes that it is ghosty and warns everyone. END (Lore theory only)

My theory:Zizzy’s little sister is GHOSTY but she grew up and got with budgey and got infected but tried to hide it with the eyepatch!

MY THEORY: Ghosty is budgey's sister they were in a ship together and the ship went sinking so budgey is in an island and ghosty drowned and then when ghosty died she turned into a ghost she saw a city then ghosty was been brainwashed by Mr P so ghosty is zizzy but when she arrived at the city she might have been remember that she is zizzy she is not infected she wants revenge. FLASHBACK: Before all that happened Mr P went to zizzy at the mall and talked to her so Mr P brought zizzy to her lab and made zizzy brainwashed that made her became like a pirate. Theory: Ghostly was a girl but she was a pirate. Budgey was a bird who helped spot islands etc. One day ghosts let budgey free for a while. While budgey was free the ship crashed and ghostly died. While budgey was free he got in contact with the piggy virus. I think ghostly isn’t a ghost of anybody we have seen yet. What if ghostly will be somebody from piggy book 2. Theory: I think ghosty IS the ghost of beary cuz one of his eye is red and ghosty's eyepatch is exactly where Beary's eye is red so i think he is covering it also the ears are real similar as Adam said BUT what happened to his specs? and also maybe Mr. P ripped of beary's leg and one of his hand and maybe that is how he became a ghost BUT his relationship with budgey doesn't make sense with beary also I doubt that beary was a pirate and lost his parrot budgey and then budgey tried to fine beary and then....found ghosty and became friends then ghosty told budgey that he was beary and then they started their relationship to me this makes so much sense bruh but i think Mr. P. I know am late to say this but I have theory’s for budgey and ghosty Budgey:grandma had a parrot in the peppa pig show so they got infected almost at the same time Ghosty:Ghosty is a bison but then his horn got chopped of and so it was to pain so he died and here’s a extra theory Robby(AKA mall security guard): Robby was on his job as a robot guard for the mall,he saw mousey all alone but in a wheelchair so then Robby helped mousey move around but until...Someone tried to rob the BirdyBank so Robby needed to stop that fast so we accidentally crash mousey into the vents when Mr.P but the potion in there and mousey became infected.Robby rushed to the bank but he started to melt-function and so he started to attack humans

I think that beary had a aunt and his aunt was a pirate and her name was bella. And bella has a parrot called budgy. they happly were making advengers and stole many treasers. But one day a sea monster atacked their ship. Bella fought it with her sword but didn't win of it. Then she decided to let budgy fly away from the ship. Budgy flew away from the ship. The ship crashed onto an island. Bella was wounded and tried tot stand up but her legs are gone, her left hand was no where to see, the ship is crushed in thousand pieces, the treasers sunk underwater, the monster disapeared and most inportantly she lost her parrot. She lost everything, but she still got her sword. Then mr. P showed up. he infected her before she died and then she begin to be an infected pirate ghost While budgy was flying away he felled tired. After flying 5 kilomeners he passed out for a while and falled on a ship two pigs heard something and looked out side and saw budgy all tired. And it was grandma and grandpa pig. they felt sorry and toke budgy home. Budgy woke up and was scared. Grandma came and gave budgy some bird seeds. Normaly budgy had fruit and bread. But budgy was very hungry and had no choice. Grandapa and grandma wanted to keep him. But they didn't had a name for him. Then budgy screamed out *BUDGY!* grandma and grandpa were shocked that he talked and then they laught. And budgy lived happly ever after, but not for long When the family pig were infected budgy felt lonley and had they same feeling again with bella then he saw a green liquid on the flour. It was the potion. Budgy didn't know what it is and of course he drinked it. After that he got infected and mutated and turned more human like. He got angry and distroided everyting. Then he saw a treaserchest and it remind him of the advenger with bella. He opend it saw foto's of him and his new family and at the bottom of the chest he saw a pirate sword. he will use it to kill everyone for revenge for infecting his family. But he didn't know he was looking for mr.P
