Code Enforcement said this HOUSE WILL GET DESTROYED if someone doesn't buy it! I want to thank ‪@SBMowing‬ for spending these 3 days with me to help with a few yards and hang out! little did we know when he came there was a tropical storm so the first 2 days we worked in rain pretty much all day. we got lucky on the third day and had some sun peak out!!!

Actually, this is not landscaping. It's mowing and removing/scraping everything down to the dirt or concrete. A necessary step before landscaping which involves adding something.

I have viewed a lot of the channels uploads and I truly believe in this channel. Al and AP are one of a kind and I'm proud to be a new supporter. At the moment I'm homeless with my wife and 3 kids barley making it by here in Chattanooga TN. My life long dream is to live in Florida so we've set a goal for this year to move during tax season in hopes of a fresh start and better horizon. I've always wanted to do what you guys do but ended up most of my life in a shop welding. Love you guys and God Bless.

@patriciascarr9762 I appreciate it. I am currently going through a HVAC college class about half way as of today. Along with getting into subsidized housing after a year long and extremely hard process. Its truly sad especially around where I am with just about everywhere I go I see people living in tents, under bridges and their cars even with children. Like you videos but can never find some of the ending on AB channel. But great videos. Learning lots of tips as well for my own lawn watching your techniques. As a female and new homeowner, never realized how beneficial a hand held saw can be to a yard with trees. Always thought needed an intimidating chair saw. Ran out and got a hand held, GAME CHANGER! One thing I would recommend is taping or blousing your boots so you don't get ticks or other pests and yard waste stuck inside them. This is an amazing transformation.

That is the coolest property I've ever seen you do. Yeah, very unique. Could you imagine the brick work all power washed, the fencing cleaned up, the lawn restored, the house renovated? Wow. I like your magic trick whilst blowing off the pavement. Spenser goes into the little outbuilding and you come out. Sweet. You guys did an awesome job. Beautifully done, Gentlemen! That property must have been quite the showplace in its prime. I hope that the person interested in buying it is able to, and that they’ll also be able to build on what you both have started and return the home to its former glory. Al and A.P. were the first lawn care videos that got me hooked. It’s good to see Spencer traveling south to work and video with Al. Two hard workers together, who could ask for anything better!

This is so great to see you and Spencer together. I would like to see all you guys together on a big project. You know, AL, Fill's Lawndale, cabin on the hill, clean the city, so mowing, boring channel. All my favorites working together. That would be totally awesome.

WOWZERS, what an awesome transformation. Love seeing 2 💛s of gold working together to give to the community a gift such as this, hard work that nobody else had even attempted. This makes such a great attribute to the whole community. It breaks my heart when I see what was once a beautiful home fall to neglect, wether occupied or not. You guys do a great job and a wonderful service. God bless, be safe and stay well. I pray the owner seriously considers selling and the new home owners bring back the beauty this place once had.. Maybe your had work will inspire someone to take on a project like this for someone in their community. Kindness is free.
