For all of its ups and downs, I adore Borderlands. I've come back to it year after year. More recently to take on various challenges of which there are apparently opportunities galore. And as much as I've enjoyed it, it's been even better to share that passion with so many wonderful people, so... thank you for coming along for the ride. I really hope that it's been worth the fare.
While normality is relative, I thought it'd be fun to take on the game as a fairly unnoteworthy individual. And might I just say, I didn't think common guns were so inaccurate. I've used them when they came around for ages, but dang...
The specific rules are as follows:
1. No using skill points.
2. No gear of a rarity uncommon or higher.
3. No class mods/relics.
4. No elemental weapons. Yes, this includes explosive launchers/Tediore. The only exceptions are grenades.
5. No using shields that do damage/grenades that do anything other than blow up.
6. No melee within combat, nor bouncing upon thine enemies heads.
7. No buying healing...
