Can you BEAT Breath of the Wild using ONLY Rito Gear??

In my head canon these runs are Link showing his love for every champion. Like with the Zora run, it was because he really loved Mipha and is now fighting Ganon as *her* chosen knight. And this run is because Link actually had a deep friendship with Revali and will avenge him! Love this series, it’s sooooo good!

I really wished they added a weapon damage buff to fully upgraded tribe outfits when using the same tribe weapon. Makes it more worth to use lesser weapons like the zora sword.

Would love to see a Yiga only playthrough(red dyed sheikah armor) and only using weapons like the demon carver, vicious sickle, and the windcleaver

I'm doing my own version of this I think you would find a lot of fun! It's a soldier run. -I'm only picking up and using Soldier weapons. -all divine beasts and ganon. - only wear the Soldier's armor from Hateno. -The soldiers were guardians of the people, so I'll do every single side quest (excluding the DLC EX ones.) Wish me luck!

I like this one especially because now the paraglider doesn’t feel out of place!

fun BOTW facts / stuff i noticed: 1. the cooking pot in Rito has a gate sort of thing around the flame to protect the highly flammable feathers of the Rito 2. if you aim a charge arrow at the Zora they act more scared then when its normal weapons 3. while there is a cooking pot in Goron city its for travelers, the Gorons cook their food by just putting it on a clean rock and placing it on top of a heat vent

I feel like this is one of the most underrated series on youtube

Fun Fact: Glass is actually very strong. The main reason it's perceived as not that strong is from how easily people go through glass in movies, but have you ever tried jumping through an actual window? It's not that easy to do. Tempered glass however, that's a different story.

Yes, it’s finally here! The Rito aesthetic is my favourite in the game and someone gave Kass the appreciation he deserves!! Hope you’re feeling alright after covid as well. I loved this one, I've always been a huge fan of the Rito and this run has been excellent! I hope for the next one we see the Bone Run or the Monster Run. Or the Yiga run. Save the Goron one for last since it has the almighty DrillShaft

I love these challenges. I just did a Gerudo set only run and it was fun. I learned that if all the 'respawnable' Gerudo weapons that doesn't require defeating mobs for breaks, it always brings a blood moon the next night. Weird, right?

For the last quest, it's where the shadow of the rock points at 17:00 (or 5:00 pm if you use 12 hour time).

Idea for a themed run : The Monster Run. Rule 1. All Divine Beasts + Finale must be cleared 2. Only monster weapons and armor are allowed, these things include boko clubs, lizalfos boomerangs, all forms of lynel gear, etc. 3. All champion abilities must be turned off. 4. You are only allowed to get things from the Wild, aka, you cannot buy anything or take anything from towns or civilizations such as the Goron town, kakiriko, Zora domain, etc, everything you pick up must be from the “wild” area of the game. The only exception to this rule is that you MAY get the apology egg, the bridge apple, and you may make normal bread to heal the soul, but not health, it must be eaten when you are at max health or not eaten at all. 5. Mandatory Items are still allowed, such as the Vai set, or the Zora chest piece. This run, as normal has to be on master mode. The challenge for this run would be the lack of armor, as weapons are plentiful and can be very powerful, as you can even get weapons on the plateau, but there are no “monster” sets, the only allowed armor are the barbarian set, which is very powerful, but very late-game, and the various masks such as the Majora’s mask, the Bokoblin Mask, the Lynel Mask, etc.

The "17 of 24" in Kass' Hero's Cache quest is a reference to the actual time of day. At 5pm (17:00 in military time), the shadow of the rock will point to where the chest lies.

Revali, the RIto Warrior is one of my favorite songs in Age of Calamity (Mipha, the Zora Princess is my first) I'm kind of split on Revali Sometimes I think he's a salty chicken wing And sometimes I think he was to only one to work for his ability so he's actually pretty cool

I think the only thing that could make these champion avenging runs more poetic would be to bring peace to that respective champions home town (completing all the sidequestd there). Though I understand if you would find that tedious or just in general don't think it should be required

The Hero's Cache quest uses the rock in the middle like a sundial. Wait until 5 pm and the chest is at the tip od the rock's shadow.

I love these themed runs! I've seen soldier/knight run suggested, but what about...royal guard! Immediately after great plateau, go straight to Hyrule Castle and get the DLC armor and super strong (yet fragile) equipment.

I love these videos, I even tried one for myself but a little bit easier, only using the four main races tools. So, gerudo, rito, goron, and zora. It was a lot of fun.

BTW, I've done the blood moon Kass shine quest a few times to find out that you just need to take the armor off. You can keep your weapon, bow, and shield equipped as long as you take off all your armor

So, now there are soldier/knight/royal soldiers, "goron" (no real goron armor), and elemental (of which the only real element that wouldn't cross over would be electricity). Of course there are probably more but I haven't played in a while

Just FYI, after you talk to Kass to start the blood moon shrine quest, the next midnight moon is guaranteed to be a blood moon. All you had to do was sit by a campfire after starting the shrine quest til midnight

With the blood moon quest, you have a little margin of fifteen minutes after midnight. As long as malice is in the air, you’re good.

We already know Gorons are next. That'll be a challenge because they don't have a shield but I guess a bow like the Knight's bow will be okay (since it is used in the Fireblight DLC fight)

Heres another cool idea a barbarian only challenge. Basically u can only use barbarian armor as armor obviously, but u can also use all bokoblin weapons since their weapons fit the theme of a barbarian.

I'm really impressed that he could finish all main bosses in MASTER MODE with only rito gear. Ok, their bows are great, but the melee weapons are terrible, and how could he finishes the game with only 3 shields?! That's insane! Awesome video.

Every time you say "is it possible to beat BOTW eith only" I know the answer is yes. Of course it is. But I can't help but to love the content and love every episode. I've seen this one like, 3 times. I love that series.

Rito armour outfit by far the best looking armour set ingame. It just looks what a traveller WOULD wear with some tribal influences added. Basically a traveller, unless traveling through really hot and hunid regions, basically would be clothed heavier and warmer than usual, because they dont have the Luxus to just change whenever and being clother warmer, thus ensuring survivability during nights and outside of summer. For the Summer and hot climates? Yeah usually lightery but for normal, temperate weather and regions? Usually warmer and thicker clothes to be prepared for any weather front you might face. Thicker and warmer stuff is also good for rainy season, especially in Temperate regions which is the "main" climate around hyrule, bar the extreme regions we have, but for basically all of them except Gerudo and The Thunderous, tropical climate down south is everywhere. Even normally (what we see in TotK) Death Mountain as it only was so unbearably hot because the volcano erupted

31:56 Wooden shields actually burn extremely fast, (at least after a guardian laser explosion.) Your shield durability was fine, the guardian laser didn't hit the shield, it just burned because you didn't quick switch off of it while you were ragdolled.

For cass’ blood moon shrine quest, you have a window of time after the blood moon cutscene plays of being able to activate the shrine. It’s just something that the game added to make the quest doable.
