Instant transportation back to a ladder, no matter how far away the ladder is!* (Yes, this glitch can hit you with a loading screen and teleport you all the way across the map) *Unless you're too high up. Or sometimes it will only teleport you partway to the ladder. Or just throw you out of bounds. It's a very finicky glitch.

Re: Jackie's pants. They're a type of motorcycle pant, that is, yeah, pretty much chaps. It's basically armor so if he crashes and slides, so the road doesn't tear up his jeans, and then about 0.1 second later, his legs. Roadburn is a bitch. The leather is very slide resistant and will save the skin on your legs and the months of pain that would cause.

You hear it on the background all the time, lots of the music has the word in it, also most of the NPCs have it in their dialogue somewhere in the script. Side note, they use the term Choomba in the Blade Runner movie when referring to a friend.

Originally used by cattledrivers and other such individuals who would be horseback riding through thick brush or across great distances to minimize scratches to the legs from thickets or low trees, now favored by motorcycle riders (of which Jackie is one) for the same protective qualities or just because it makes you look like a cowboy.

For future playthroughs there is a setting that gives nude characters underwear. I don't know where it is but I know it's there, the underwear applied is a tight fitting bikini.
