An easier instance of getting pool cues: Concord Speakeasy, DC Borbrov Bros Tavern, DC paranoid merchant chick, bunker hill merchant gal, bigger raider dungeons, I think there's a guaranty in Boston University? A lot of the spawn spot are difficult to know, while spawning on enemies is weirdly common.

Even RU-vid won’t let me escape my legacy. After finding The Break in Fallout 3 and proceeding to take 10 minutes to kill a Deathclaw with it back in 2011, it just seems to keep being a self fulfilling prophecy.
