In my Scarlet Blaze run, I tried recruiting Leonie and ultimately failed… not because I didn’t have Byleth & Jeralt, but because she died to the poisoning. When the place she was supposed to get to was RIGHT. ➡️ THERE! 💥

This seems like the equivalent of beating Awakening with only Robin, considering how Shez has the best class in the game and is probably the best unit surpassed maybe only by Byleth. But in this run, Shez wasn't kidding when she said "I'll take you all on!"

It's a Warriors game, surely the answer is yes. Hold up, of course the answer is yes. Now that I've thought about it for a moment; Shez's unique classes are insanely broken.

Small correction-- you said that Hubert's father was Count Hevring. That's Lindhardt's father, Hubert's father is Marquis Vestra (who we never see and is only alluded to). Great run!

This is a great video idea I don’t fully know the steps to recruiting Byleth but since there is a required second character, I think it’s be interesting to recruit them (even with the map that makes Shez unplayable) to use them as that 2nd slot

This is really cool I hope we get the gatekeeper run and I hope you do it in the Blue Lions path if possilble I'm not playing Three Hopes because I don't like the warrior Playstyle either I'll be there waiting patiently for more challenges

Hmm this should be interesting.

Combining Shez's unique class, with a highly reforged Rapier, and a Battalion that increases his resistance to spears, and enemy defensive lines literally just melt. It's kinda disgusting, lol. It almost makes Shez into more of FETH's version of "Lu Bu" than Byleth is.

Damn not even 2 minutes in and he's already dunking on fellow Fire Emblem Heroes players. Edelgard (and her variants) have been a consistently powerful unit in the game, so it makes sense people spend so much money trying to get her. Which is something I am under qualified to express because I haven't spent a penny in the game lol.

Is it possible to do it? Before watching the video, I'll just assume that "Yes". Infact, I'm pretty sure one can do like most missions in the game because Shez is kinda broken and has access to both genders(Just not in the same runthrough, of course). Only thing definitively off-limits would be stuff locked behind recruiting Byleth, because Chapter 15 force-excludes Shez(And I guess the Knights of Seiros-paralogue, because I'm fairly sure the enemies are just fleeing too fast if one doesn't actively use multiple chars). Though I don't recall the details because I just never did this and I'm curious about rules regarding force deployment and recruitment(Because if the rule is to only deploy Shez, then this is shut down real soon). I'll finish this once I watched the video, I wonder if I missed anything. After watching the video: Oh yeah. The final map of Scarlet Blaze sucks and is one of the worst things in the entire FE series. I forgot that.

i wonder. would the claude or dimitri route have led to a run with 0 non shez uses? im unsure how the maps work with those and if you are ever forced to actively switch.

I basically only use shez anyway. I use edelgard too, but only send her to take forts so I can S rank every battle.

How the heck did you put up with level 106 enemies in the first post timeskip map. My Shez after soloing the whole entire pre timeskip was only level 7.

Shez in general is kind of a silly strong unit so makes sense they were fhoden for this type of thing
