Welcome to part 25 of my first episodic adventure in Kenshi! In this series we will be taking out all three of the main factions in Kenshi, while also collecting every Meitou weapon in the game and we will do it all with one character!
This run was a long time in the making and took countless hours of playing this game to get to this point. Many runs have failed before it but I learned a ton about the game in the process and all of that went into this

This episode's ending reminded me of how depressing the world state system is. It's an awesome feature in concept, but feels incomplete and usually leaves the player with less to interact with. I would have liked if capturing/killing a location's world state subject would trigger time-sensitive events that you could actually take part in, like instead of Okran's Shield just flipping and being destroyed, UC and HN forces would actually clash on site for a few days before triggering the world state proper and leaving the outpost a conquered mess, but then would be rebuilt and reoccupied a month or so later down the line.

100% agreed, great concept, lacking execution. Unfortunately I think that is because of the troubled development, the developer had a lot of problems with the engine even after he switched it twice. While I feel Kenshi is unfortunately full of lost potential, I hope he has better luck with Kenshi 2 and isn't held back so much because of the engine limitations.
