I can imagine an actual noir movie where the detective says "lemme talk to my partner, eight ball." and everyone assumes its just a nickname or something. Maybe the guys just really good at pool. But no he just pulls out a magic eight ball. I also asked my 8ball before making this comment "should I write a comment" and it said "as I see it, yes." so here we are.

There is so much unintended comedy in LA Noire that I can no longer take seriously anyone playing it seriously. Don't get me wrong it's still a good game.
Does anyone else think that the “uncertain” outcomes of the 8 ball interesting and/or silly? Come on! Commit. Yes or No? 😝 I mean, why ask again later, 8 ball? You asleep? Out practicing your kickflips, or what? 😂 Is this some kind of voicemail we’ve reached?
Okay I have played enough LA Noire to be able to solve this case! All this shifting, the winding... the unclear answers and giving contraditory statements... The 8-Ball is in on the conspiracy! It wanted in on it and it's job was to confuse the detective!
In all seriousness, for a game that came out 12 years ago, the facial animation is astounding. Especially on Kurt Fuller's character. And as for that 8 ball....no words!

People always ask, how can watching somebody else play videogames be more fun then playing them yourself? Not every person plays games the same and there are certain things you would never know about because your to focused on your strategy, even completionist miss out on certain things. You could be a Speedrunner, a completionist, just a casual player, or something more like Uberhaxornova or callmekevin
As someone on the autism spectrum, this is about as good as my usual LA Noire gameplay trying to read facial expressions. Maybe I was the 8 ball all along.
Kevin, I know this comment section isnt the best place for me to be all like this, but I haven't been in a good place for some time, and your videos are the only things that still make me laugh like a fifth-grader me. Thank you for doing that for me.
