We all know I'm the big Dingus McPooflingus, so I need to address two elephants in the room about the run: 1. There are artifacts that can overcome your bleeding problems. I don't really use artifacts in Clear Sky nor Call of Pripyat due to the artifact container insanity. I forgot to mention them at all because I casually eject them from the limited space in my mind. 2. You guys have shown me the light and I realize now Clear Sky bloodsuckers are invincible whilst invisible. So yeah, big goofs all around on me lol! I'll buy you guys a cold one if we ever meet in person.
clear skjy was the first stalker i played properly as when i first played SOC i just did not understand how the game worked and never really played the game then when clear sky released i learnt how to properly play these games and it just created a love for these games that stopped
Great job, 67 deaths for such a challenge is impressive, although you should have gone through the Cordon machine gunner. I'm guessing the thing you did not mention was artifacts. They can completely negate the bleeding and slowly heal you. Technically you could have used a few since you were allowed to wear armor. As for the Bloodsuckers, they cannot take damage when in stealth in Clear Sky, that's why you could not kill them.
The man, the myth, the legend! Thanks for stopping by! I didn't use any artifacts as all the suits I wore didn't come with artifact containers/I didn't pickup any useful ones. I don't really use CS/CoP artifacts anyway. I did not know that about the bloodsuckers lol is it like that in Call of Pripyat?
Thank you for the knowledge gents, this game is built different. I just got done with SoC and that was a walk in the park. I'm in for it with this one 😅 Happy hunting, S.T.A.L.K.E.R ✌️
Isn't that totally wack! I had no idea until Anomalous Dugout descended from the heavens into my comments section and dropped that fat knowledge bomb on me...
ERN is here. Of course, he is omnipresent as a God. The pistol-only pain of the zone. The spirit of the F1 hand-grenade. The master of a quick-save button. Amen.
@@DustyPazner Take that back, you heathen! Shadow of Chernobyl is nothing like the others! It may have been dropped on its head after birth, but gosh darnit, it certainly stands out as the best!
@@chaoticism it has the least amount of memes and replayability out of the 3. Prypat might literally be a scripted empty snoozefest but there's a boat and the underground part with the boys is funny. Clear sky and chernobyl are the exact same game only scar has a futa fetish and strelock likes inflation.
There is something about people who play stalker I always connect with them when we chat about video games. Great video! I absolutely enjoyed every second of it.
Invisible bloodsuckers being invincible get to be the worst thing ever, lost count of how many timesin my playthroughs i sprayed them just for them to give me the good ol slap in the cheeks
Challenge Idea: Can you beat S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl without using mouse (With being only able to use arrow keys and keyboard to look around and attack)
17:15 I recently played through this entry in the series for the first time in like a decade on Master and during the showdown, I just mosly camped near the 1st portal. When Strelok got out of sight after crossing the bridge, I entered it and proceeded to die from masterfuly thrown grenades from the other side. After a few reloads and dealing with the initial group, while crossing the bridge it turned out that new one cheekely spawns straight onto the player's backdoor. Only after this exerience I discovered that if you stop somewhere in the middle, before triggering the new spawn, you can see the target just standing there below, menacingly, and proceed straight to winning!
Or alternatively, you can jump at one of metal bars on sides of first bridge, when you start a strelok chase, and with some ultraprecision and timings you can deplete his protection before you will need to go into any of teleporters.
67??? I mean, you are doing top quality stalker chad challenge, so don't ever cry. PS In Lost Alpha there is a heli chasing you. What you have to do is to find random loner (yes) with rpg from somwhere. Oh and there are 2 helis
Slugs are incredibly powerful at range in CS you just need the rifled barrel upgrade for the over/under and aim just below the head and a little left as the sights don't line up perfectly(annoying as shit). Started playing it again on the Xbox and used it all the way to the end just before the last 2 areas. Also the 1911 kicks ass in this one silenced and can one shot snorks to the head only ineffective versus dogs because they move to quick to land headshots readily and late game armored enemies. Also wish the Military armored suit(Bulat is what I think it's called) had more than 2 artifact containers upgraded. If it had 3 it would have been nice. Could have run a bubble, goldfish and snowflake to have an amazing kit and swap snowflake for other artifacts depending on the situation.
@@chaoticism Also - thanks for all the pro-tips on the game. My saves got corrupted as I reached Limansk, so I have to replay everything all over again. With the knowledge gained from you, it will go much faster and smoother this time.
First time I played CS I got so tired of being mauled to death trying to stop Strelock I eventually just jumped off the bridge and it broke the game. Strelock hunkered down and wouldn't move from his spot while everyone else was firing blanks because even with me standing in their line of fire they paid no attention and I took no damage
Do you happen to know the file name for 0:30? It's such a out of nowhere quote lmao I don't get the Freedom bits, considering the fact they are less incompetent and useless than Duty who do nothing all day while Freedom protects the rest of the Zone from Fanatics.
I have no idea the file name. It was a random comment I heard and thankfully recorded. It caught me way off-guard too lol and I had to include it. The jabs at Freedom are just running gags for me lol
You don't need to go through the portals!! You can just wait for strelok to get to the ladder and shoot him. After some minutes of staying in cover he will move out Why do I know this? I had 0 medikits at the end and couldn't get pass the portal. So I just waited and hoped
