This is the start of a Terraria playthrough where you can only use weapons, accessories, and armour that don't contain the letter E. This heavily restricts the usual playstyle a Terraria player might go for. Also the words pickaxe, axe, greaves, helmet, breastplate and hammer all have an E, which makes it much harder. Remember the rules, not everything with an E is banned. This includes prefixes and anything that isn't a weapon, tool, accessory, or piece of armour. So rope, demonic wand of sparking, life crystal, etc. are all fine. I don't consider musket ball to be a weapon, the gun is the real weapon, the bullet is ammo. Also, when I mean accessories I mean using them as accessories. Selling them, combining them, and throwing a voodoo doll in lava is all fine. Feel free to change the rules to whatever you like and try your own playthrough. But anyway, thanks for watching everyone, happy holidays and happy new year!

After defeating one mech boss, you can buy the Hammush from Truffle, which is the only hammer without the letter E in it that's strong enough to break altars.

if there ever is a part two to this challenge, reminder that the obsidian outlaw armor doesn't have e in it and spinal cord + morning star are ya best whips, also imp staff + optic staff are your best summons early hardmode, while pigmy staff + stardust dragon staff are your best late hardmode summons, hope this helps

@@3dninja54 well, if i remember well, at least all of potions, cuz "potion" itself can be translated as "элексир" or "зелье" which contains both russian e's. If we are talking specifically about rules: armor, weapons and tools, then "sword" can be translated as "меч", so there are still some tricky e's in game. But still all of basic tools have no e in their names кирка(pickaxe); топор(axe); молот(hammer)

I wonder how that would go for the letter "i". You can't use Pickaxes or drills, and the closest thing you got is the Reaver Shark for mining, which won't take you too far, so I guess fishing is the way to go. Mythril, Adamantite, Titanium, paladium are all out, so Frost armor could be useful. Minishark is out, but megashark is in, Ichor is gone. But I think the biggest one is Wings. The best alternatives that I remember are the jetpack and hoverboard.

To people who aren’t understanding: The only things that are banned are armor, accessories, weapons, and tools. He can use gel, rope, fallen stars, life crystals, etc. Modifiers are also fine. Demonic is ok, deadly is ok, unreal, legendary, and whatever else. The demonic wand of sparking isn’t banned, and neither are his silver/copper coins.
