1 pork fillet approx. 500 g (17.6 oz)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
