Roast did look good mate. Definitely go the lithium now days its a game changer. You probably should have used a watt meter so you could see how much the voltage will change the wattage here. Tip: use a 15v step up converter and ur oven will perform much better with ur AGM (or lithium), as ur voltage try’s to sag the converter will keep it at a constant 14.8v roughly for the oven & will drastically decrease ur cook times with good results.
