Can you build your own rock tumbler? Here's how! 

I've assumed that if you're watching this video you know how to use basic tools. When I watch other rock tumbler build videos I often become hung up because I don't have the tools and/or the materials they're using. So, I explain, instead, the necessary components to making a tumbler, how to figure out what you need, and its approximate costs.
