Parents please talk to your children that are not born in America that if they do big offence they will be deported. Is going to be sad if you have live in America since your child hood and be deported in a country you've never been.If you are not born in America and you do some big offences you can be deported, so immigrant should make sure they stay out off trouble. If you want to live in America stay out off trouble and you will be fine.
HI Brad, I have a question, I had my permanent resident card and got in trouble, My case was that I got deported for supposably Residential burglary, and the reason I say "supposably" its was because thats what the public attorney from court wanted me to declare guilty to get out earlier from Jail, I was on my 19's when this happen I'm currently 36 years old now. The real reason why I got caught outside a House, because of this crushed i had back in high school and just wanted to peep through her window and the family though I wanted to get in the house, but was not never inside the house, I was outside, so cops came and arrested me, I was embarrased to say about the real reason why I was outside the house, so when the public defender from court told me to file guilty to get out earlier from jail, I told him that I was never inside the house and did not have intention to commit burglury, so he scared me saying that if I didn't pled guilty I would go to a different court and would give me more time, so i pled guilty, I was Given a Strike cause I lived in California and its consider a Felony, they gave me 1 year in county and then I was released After the year and gave me probation and told me if I did not showed up one time to my probation officer i would get the same charges of Residential burglary, so I show to my probation officer everytime i had to, but one time i missed it and the Probation officer put a warrant for my arrest Violation of Probation officer and then they gave me 3 years in Prison to make 2 1/2 years, before I was going to be released , Immigration came for me to sign papers and be taken to a federal prison to get deported.. and Now im here in Managua, Nicaragua, I was deported in October 2007, Can I get a waiver for reenteering the U.S? what do you think would be the best option,? thanks for the assistance Brad. I would like to know if this can be possible and if the case is very easy to win, hope is not expensive to get assistance from you in doing the process to fill the paperwork, but first I would like to make sure its possible. thank you in advance

congratulations on the video! My question about voluntary deportation would be: My husband had his voluntary deportation in 2011 and returned to Brazil, it's been 8 years, but his father has American citizenship that wants to apply for him, would he have to pay for the waiver? Or can he start the process before 10 years? Remembering that we are married! Please help us!! thank you

Hi, I came to U.S. on 06-01-1983 & was naturalized in Dec-1988. I was charged w/a feloney charged after I caght her cheating on me in Dec-2001 accused of beating her. Country of Origin is Afghanistan. I belong to a very minority group there & am on a very bad terms w/the majority group & the terorist group there. If had known anything about the issues of deportation, I would have thought twice before saying anything. My question is that would the rules of deportation apply to me? I appreciate in advance for contacting me. Ph.: No.: 916 583-1252.
