Not sure if you’re actually a real city planner but I’m curious if you are then you probably feel like me that this game is absolutely ridiculous not having any property, ownership, subdivisions, etc. I feel like this is a major failure without doing anything revolutionary, like creating polygon, based property lines so that hunks of land could be developed and you would have interesting street layouts like a real city like London or New York or Boston. I think it would’ve been really simple for them to create a system that automatically will create subdivisions and lots and they could’ve plop down a little grid inside of the polygon for the buildings. This way you could have the polygon be the fence or shrub boundary and you would have instantly many folds of realism added with hardly any effort. Just like a lot works or Bentley or any other civil 3-D. It’ll just create the lot based on the zoning. Playing around with subdivisions would be 1000 times fun for me than it is with all these stupid micromanage” Do I have enough gravel for my industry?” Nonsense that I usually just turn off and use unlimited money so that I can focus on creating interesting Layouts
