I'm a probitionary employee and I want to resign.How many days I need to render before my last day duty?

can you refuse on the contract that converting you to full time employee? and just end your contract so that no more rendering of days?

what is the best time to evaluate before 6 mnths? 4 months? 3 Months before? what if extension was given 2 days before the 6 month period?

What if the employee did not agree with the extension? Can s/he still be required to render the agreed turnover period prior to termination? What if s/he was just informed in the sixth month but required turnover period of 2 months.

Atty's ang Training period ko po 1 month,nakal pasa naman.Pero sabi panibagong contract na probationary period,kasama ba sa bilang dapat ito o hindi?

Hi atty good day,, tanong kulang what if na hired siya ng feb 5 2024 last period niya is august 5 2024 nag nakapag out na po siya ng august 5 2024 5:44pm ay saka nag email c hr pasok po ba sa regular o hindi na po??kasi walang abiso c hr late na po after work na po ng email na extended sya sa probitionary po

Hello Atty. I would like to ask and clarify if someone failed to meet the standard of probationary period then the employee still have a right ba na makita yung evaluation? Or verbal notice should be valid na para ipaalam sa employee na hindi sya mareregular. Sana masagot for enlightenment purposes only. Thank you so much

Just a question, what if immediately simulat sapul 1 year agad ung probationary period (newly hired palang not an extension of an already existing contract). Is this normal? By the way this is in a government agency, not a private firm.

Most government contracts are project-based or casual which means your period of employment has been defined on it. The government agency you work with does not consider you a probationary employee.

Maka employer yata kayo...sinabi nyo nga extension is ok..if nag agree ang employee..eh kung di nag agree..??.matik in 6 months regular ka..

Hi Zaldy, thank you for stopping by our channel. Appreciate po namin that you watched the video. Pero invite po namin kayo na pasadahan uli ang video. Agree naman ako sayo na ang general rule, 6 months, magiging regular ang empleyado. Pero ang contexto kasi ng extension na pinaguusapan sa video kung pakikinggan ng maigi ay yung empleyado ay tatanggalin na dahil bagsak sa evaluation. Kaya po pinagbibigyan ng employer ng pagkakataon na mag extend upang pagbutihan pa ang performance at sa susunod na evaluation, maaring pumasa pa sya. Kung hindi pumayag ang employee na tanggapin ang additiona na pagkakataon sa ganitong contexto, ang labas tanggal sya sa trabaho dahil hindi sya nag qualify. Kung huhusgahan nyo po na "maka-employer" ang ganyang desisyon, isama nyo na rin po ang Supreme Court. Ito po'y dahil kinukwento lang namin ang decision nila bilang mga example ng discussion namin. Sana po mas luminaw ang discussion dahil dito. Magandang araw po!

@@LegalGuidePhilippinesSo True. Usually For the first 4 months palang dun na malalaman kung i extend ang probationary period. Normally nangyayari ito sa mga matataas position like Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Or sa Finance department and some BPO companies.. pero past 5 or 6 months ka na nag wo work at parang normal day lang ang ganap means regular ka na. HR will not even tell you that you've done your Probation period. Yung iba kahit 6 months nakalagay sa Probation period, nagiging 3 months lang then automatic regular na especially if you are very punctual and as long na satisfactory ang performance.

What if pinepersonal ung employee?ok ang trabaho mo at hindi maipaliwanag kung bakit bagsak ka pero inextend ka pa din.reasonable pa din ba
