Good review. It's a decent card (got a few myself) and can get some decent improvements with an overclock as well but that requires modding the bios accordingly. Able to squeeze 1437core@1.2v/1060mem out of it without any issues thus far.
@@Jaindike, not at all. I used the same quadro bios to avoid issues with bios mismatch. Just simply pulled the bios from the card using Gpu-z, made the edits using the Maxwell Bios Tweaker accordingly, and flashed the card with nvflash. Can unlock additional boost states by opening and saving it (without edits) using Kepler bios editor beforehand. Can't use a 750ti bios as the 750ti is GDDR5 based and the K620 is more similar to a GTX745 based on core config.

That’s amazing not gonna lie I’m actually buying a Dell optiplex 7010 and making a couple upgrades I’m adding a ssd that was cheap and Nvidia quadro of eBay for 20 and 16GB of ram and ik it’s gonna run amazing considering the fact that the optiplex 7010 is good with no upgrades lol😂
I picked up one of these cards just because for my OptiPlex 7040 sff for $30. I'm about to pick up a 7040 MT this week so ill just put a better graphics card and psu in that.
My budget build has the same card and recently i have tried overclocking the VRAM because 900MHZ is just way too slow but i have tried everything and it is impossible to OC this card. I think that is fine anyway because of how hot it gets and thought of finding or making a larger cooler with more surface area.

Actually, it's nowhere identical to a 750Ti, the 750Ti has 640 cuda cores, the K620 has only 384, more like a GT740 (nvidia has the correct specs listed on their official website).
I just got one for around 40$ (Had to get an adapter plus shipment on my country), with an I3-4150 runs the games I've wanted to play this far, but I've noticed that it gets to 80 degrees on certain games, is this normal? on note that I've already changed the old thermal paste for an MX-4 Artic thermal paste. Also, should I stick with this CPU or upgrade it to a I5-4590T?
