Unfortunately some on the early MQB 2.0 TSI cars have a different ECU structure which doesn't have the required areas for the safety features we use to add in our overrun feature.

Thats a shame though, but never mind, one thing i have on order though is a set RV019s in gloss black, just waiting for the back log of orders to clear been nearly 4 weeks or so since ordering them

But to answer a few questions: - 455-520bhp depending on fuel quality and running conditions - Will technically work with OEM inlet, but you will be restricting airflow and the internal diameter will cause a step. We have a specific machined inlet to match the turbo inlet. So would require an intake and inlet upgrade. - Fuel pumps, LPFP is required on all vehicles, HPFP is required on older vehicles. - Stock Injectors - Dyno graphs are on the website. Hi, all our software is designed to work with a sports cat/downpipe. Allowing the customer to the option to install this option, or to installed a car less downpipe if they require or allowed.

Most our dyno graphs on our website are HP at the hubs and not BHP.

You do have slightly more lag. But as our software is designed on the road rather than solely on a dyno it's as capable as a daily as well as it is on open roads or track.

BHP is a variable number so you cant give a peak figure for engine safety, there are lots of factors. This setup is designed for a stock engine to give a balance of performance, driveability and longevity. If you're looking for 600+ then you really should be looking at additional hardware upgrades.

Not currently, as with the newer vehicles, Mk8 R/GTi, Curpa leon and Formentor they run a different ECU type. The new ECU encryption means Tuning isn't available just yet.

@@RevoHQ I raced one on my aprilia tuono 1100. Was a 520bhp stage 3 I'm told? Either ways he clocked just over 3 seconds 0-60 and upto 80mph my bike was only marginally faster. Truely unreal performance

Yes, but you wont get the same power output as the engine doesn't have the same forged internals from factory as the Golf R EA888.

It's the same ea888, but not the same components. Plus the turbo is smaller, here they talk abt upgrading is38.

There are some hardware differences on the polo, and its closer to the GTi setup rather than the R. Also, the Polo uses the MG1 ECU, which delayed development. MG1 is something we continue to work on.

I really hope you guys are developing something for the new AW polo gti then. I really want to start modifying mine with quality parts and making some more power from them. Want it to be sitting around the 180-200kw mark

Fine, its our most tuned engine type. The early IS38 turbos from round 2014 did have a few issues, but they have gone through a few revisions since then.

Stock DSG clutches are fine with this setup. However as the car is used on track we have upgraded to a performance clutch pack which we offer specific TCU software for.

Depends on supporting mods you have if it’s built well there’s no reason they shouldn’t last, engines over engineered a standard power golf r could be blown if your driving it like and idiot there’s a few of these engine’s in the higher 500 figures closer to 600 and some are even manual go check monkey London he recently reviewed a 600 hp manual golf r and it’s been running big power for quite a while

Though im worried idont have as strong internals as a Golf R here, as i own the European sold GTI Clubsport (seen on my channel) with same engine & turbo as the R. Do you think thers going to be alot of differance between the GTI / R when it comes to the quality of whats under the hood?

3DFX I’ve seen a gti club sport with over 500hp on living life fast was a couple years ago the car was rapid,don’t know how different the engines are tho tbh I believed the tsfi engine in a few of the vag car al all pretty much the same with small differences like turbos injectors and ecus

Hi, do sorry we don't have specific setups for e85 fuelling.

We have run multiple track events over the last 5 years in this car. Even show days were it's been used as a demonstrator. We also have Alex Bones who has just built a track S3 using this ETR setup, so worth following. Obviously if you are looking for a something this specifically for track rather then road then there are a few more upgrades that would be beneficial

@@RevoHQ I currently have over temp issues. I have 2 recent videos showing this at Road Atlanta on my channel. I'm sure my oil temp was causing my water temp to climb as you can see in the videos. I bought an oil cooler that I will install soon. I already have hood vents on the low pressure area. I didn't know until recently that the R engine has some different made internal parts that my 2019 GTI does not have. I'm currently average 347WHP 374FTLBS and concerned if I go more I could damage my engine and or DSG transmission. Even at these levels my 245 Michelin Cup 2s work for grip accelerating out of corners. I wish I could have reliable 500whp and torque 400 or less. I enjoy my car but I may get rid of it in a year or so depending on money for a different car.

Unfortunately, this kit therefor wont fit. We do however offer software for the Q3 2.0 TSi, do you know if its the 170, 180 and 220ps variant?

@@RevoHQ it is the 155KW variant. I was going to order prior the K04 Hybird turbo for it with software, but i stumbled upon this video and got wild ideas. I already have the 3" downpipe, new turbo outlet and waiting for the intercooler. I'm being told it will give me a 355HP output. If you guys have something better please do say, i am still open to suggestions.

24-27psi depending on the setup and fuel options. With regards to balancing, this is all by the manufacturer of the turbo, Owen Developments. The turbo has been designed alongside them for this specific application so will be tested and balanced beyond parameters seen when on the vehicle. Revo That’s mega. I had a 2014 stage 2 APR tuned gti performance edition CHHA engine code with 169kw factory. It’s redline was around 6600-6800. That is so cool to see. In 10+ years time when I get a mk7/7.5 again I think I’ll have to give revo a crack. 7500 is just mega
