No. The most comforting part about the atomic bomb was that there was no scream because it killed them instantly. The only thing left were ruined, deformed bodies, and a possible future in that we'll wipe ourselves out with the weapon that he gave humanity. That I think is what would haunt him for the rest of his life
@@FlyingWolveI think people that didn’t like it are people that had no idea what was happening in the film. I was worried going into the film, as I saw a lot of mixed reviews on RU-vid, so I watched a documentary and read about some of the physics to understand the film better and I gotta say, it was the best film I’ve watched .
This was honestly one of the best movies I have ever seen (I don’t normally like movies but I was engaged the entire time. I also tend to be aware that they are people acting but but I didn’t even feel that once, while watching this masterpiece) the casting was phenomenal and even though it was a long movie, I do not feel that anything could have been cut. It was all necessary. The overall way that the film looked was also perfect (unlike a lot of movies)
As far as cinematic masterpieces go, Oppenheimer is the masterpiece of the decade, maybe even the 21st century. It was not hard at all to recognize you were watching a true classic come to life in real time as soon as it hit theaters. This is a film that people will come back to again and again for the rest of this century and God only knows how much further beyond, and that's a monumental achievement.
This music mate it takes you to a whole trip of the wild things you’ve been through and seen in the past gives you that motivational speech to keep going forward makes you focus it really does something to the mind and i love it
I truly believe this will go on to be hailed as Christopher Nolan's best film ever. I don't know how in the world he managed to get all of this out of his brain and onto the big screen. I do know that the cast and every soul that worked on this film delivered, big time!
When i first heard this in theater I thought that it was like hold and release. Every time we hear the sound of repeating the violin, the calm is filled with stress and at the last moment when the stress is about to explode, it is suddenly released again, which can be said to be a feeling of panic and worry. Love this piece ❤
This is my favorite movie it is very confusing at first but it gets so much better when it goes on if you like bombs and war then this is tje movie for you
you missed the beginning. "algebra is like sheet music" followed by "the important thing isnt can you read the music its can you hear the music. can you hear the music robert?" which is a great analogy for music & physics which leads to the great after-opening sequence with the amazing soundtrack where robert really starts to "hear the music" while he works & studies
@alwaysplay13 that is not why we intervened in ww2. We got scared by the spread of communism so we cut corners and sacrificed people's fundamental human rights to try to stop it. The Japanese raped and killed 40,000 people? We shipped hundreds of thousands of innocent Japanese Americans into internment camps and vaporized hundreds of thousands more Japanese civilians to end the war. We weren't in the war because it was the right thing to do. We were just afraid that communism had magical mind control powers that was corrupting the east. Why do people bring up the rape of Nanjing like it was the ultimate excuse for the US's atrocities?
almost everyone who worked on the atomic bomb, volunteers or mandated workers who were not disclosed what they were producing had trauma after realizing what they had been working on

1:02 is like the eye of a vengeful God looking down at humanity at the monstrosity we not only created but USED against fellow humans, condemning us to the hell that is now this planet
