Hey Sachiaki! I cured small keratoma on skin at my left arm using natto. I applyed natto on keratoma 3 times and keratoma gone out in one week. Bacillus subtillis ferment killed, eaten keratoma on skin. Hi from the Western Siberia!
@@konradvonmarburg7733 Bacilus Subtillis eaten extra skin formation as it do while it eating soy beans. I intuitively supposed to applay natto on skin. And it worked. Skin extra formation gone! Skin become elastic and even.
I am interested in maximising the benefits of my natto and minimising carbs intake. Do you think I can prolong fermentation beyond 24h, or at least leaving the finished natto at room temp for days. I do this with all my lacto ferment products like yoghurt, kefir and fermented cabbage , so that they have higher nutrients like vịt B , C , but close to zero carbs. I hope to hear your advices regarding natto. Thanks for another great video as always!
5:12 "..whether or not it contains much water or not makes the difference.." Your video doesn't mention what the difference is.. I assume the less it's heated in water, the better. But that's just a guess. My favorite way to eat natto is topped with a lightly fried egg and mix3d with fresh herbs from the garden.. any combination of green onion, Thai basil, perilla leaves, water parsley (미나리)... But my family prefers it cooked in a stew.
Hi! Liking NATTO more, question on your video eating it with Garlic, since it has natural antibiotic properties ,won't eating it with NATTO kill the NATTO bacteria and butyrate producing Bacteria? Is this same with eating it with onions?please clarify and more power to your channel😊!!

Can you reference your favorite tasty way to eat Natto, maybe post here a recipe link. What is the tastiest way to eat Natto? I am vegan. I followed the instructions on my small container of Natto, it said add mustard, and vinegar, it was so bad I could not finish eating it.
It's an acquired taste. There is nothing that will mask the strong flavor. It tastes good with mustard, but mustard doesn't kill the taste. You have to get used to it.
