If the Hr is resigned and moved to other company, how the BGV will happens in that case? And also if previous manager gives bad feedback about the employer will that consider against as red flag?

Dear sir, thank you for this information. Sir maine 2017 me ek job consultancy (proprietorship firm) start ki thi. Ussi waqt main job bhi kar rahi thi. Mai job ke saath saath apna consultancy bhi chala rahi thi as a freelancer jo ki maine Oct-2022 tak apna consultancy chalaaya. Lekin year 2017 se lekar year 2022 tk maine 3 companies change kr di bcoz of some personal family reasons. Ab muze ek aur company ka offer aaya hai. Ab jab mai ek new company me interview diya, toh maine apne resume me uss 3 company me se sirf 1 company ka hi experience dikhaya jo ki mera last company tha. Aur baaki 2 companies ka experience ki jagah par maine apni consultancy ka experience show kar diya. Apni last company ka maine offer letter aur last 3 months ka salary slips bhi submit kiya jisake basis par new company ne muze offer letter bhi send kar diya. Lekin ab jaha mai new company join kar rahi hu waha pr unhone mera UAN number bhi maanga hai. Toh sir iss case me kya ho sakata hai??? Agar company ko mere previous employers ke baare me pata chalta hai toh company koi action le sakati hai ya nahi ??? Please guide me sir thank you.

Hello, I've a very specific query regarding background check. Let's say I've worked for companies A,B and C in the past. C is my last company which I left and now joining company D. I've a huge experience and usually opportunities are less as your experience grows. Hence, if I want to hide my total experience in my first company A on my resume so that my experience will be reduced and I'll get more opportunities. Now, will the new company D do a background check for all the previous companies C and B? If so, will they ask company B about the previous employer?

Guys private company rule. If you have proven your worth while interview they will hire you at any cost even though they know that fake documents were used. If in future you are not able to deliver they will definitely terminate you on the basis of misinterpretation of docs. *Jab tak hai data tu company ka beta*

Basically my main company was a small time CA firm and loaned me to Company A on contract basis.I absconded from company A after an year. My queston is whether my work experience would be stored anywhere from where it could be checked in background verification in future or I could just remove that company from my CV. I gave only adhaar card and Pan to company A .there was no deduction of epf or esi

Hi Sir, Mujhe ek IT company se offer letter aya tha and maine join Kia tha, within 30 days they failed to assign me a project. In 31st day in morning one program manager called me (I recorded) and informed that if I don't get project in next 30 days , you will be terminated. On that same day I resigned and informed the proper reason. And also informed through mail that from tomorrow I will not continue (also I was in bench). Next day supervisor called me (I recorded) and I explained all the things and he accepted. On 32nd day I joined in a new company and I informed(over phone) all the things and company said not to mention anything about your last company where u were in for 1 month. I also mentioned in the mail not to credit my salary and don't open any PF account. But in the month end they credited my salary and opened PF account. So now as PF account has been created by the previous company where I was in one month only and credited my salary, can I face any big Problem ? They are threating me that they will take leagal action and will abscond me. But how can they take action ? I informed everything through mail with proper reason. And through mail they also asked me to submit all assets. I did all the formalities but now I am very much worried. Kindly suggest me sir what they can do against me ?

Asallamallikum sir i started my carrer with q connect a domestic voice company i worked over there for 3 days on 3rd day we came to know process is going to ramp down. And i got a role from byjus in sales profile so talked with my manager and informed the same he given me the permsiion to leave but it was oral conversation i dont have any written formate . Nextly in byjus where i attended two month training but i was not able to clear the target so it was informed previously to all if we did not cleared the target you wont be conitnuing this is the process they follow. After that i joined Early salary they mention me it will be a financial role but the role that was offered me was a sales role. Now I'm working in 'B' company with the experience of 'A' company after completion of MCA, Now i want to settle in IT stream. so, can I tell the next company that I have joined 'B' company as a MCA fresher and can I settle in other company? if so, in 'B' company offer letter states that they considered 'A' company experience and if I join in 'C' company with MCA should i submit offer letter to them?

The Background Verification for company B has been completed and it has been 15 months since then. Can he now switch to company C without company C raising an issue about this overlap? If he inform the HR of Company C beforehand that there was a genuine medical reason for this, will it still be an issue? Actually, the previous Company A took time to issue the relieving letter and complete all formalities, and he had only one offer left in hand to join where he had to immediately join, which resulted in a 15-day overlap. In Concentrix(April - 2014) and In TCS(February - 2017) and due to unavoidable circumstances I have to quit the organisation without any prior notice means I have to abscond from the organisations however then I have joined Genpact in November 2017 and worked there almost for 18 months and then resigned from the organisation and then joined Accenture in 2019 and worked there for 3.5 years and have resigned since I got better opportunity in WNS Global Service. Note: I haven't mentioned about my absconded companies. So, if I could face any issue if I go for next company like Genpact again if hide the TCS & Concentrix information

Hello sir, I am in a great stress due to my company harrassing me, I got an opportunity in an organization and I requested for early release in notice period my manager informed that I have been relesaed as an excpetion but they are not ready to provide last date confirmation email which my other organization is asking for before joining. Now I am working with MNC company and they are also generated one more UAN number in 2016. I am working this company since 2016 and have 7.5 years of experience. Current company don't know about my previous company and UAN. Now I wanted to switch company and have the offer letter of another MNC company but issue is now BGC is very strict if I caught then I will be terminate. I have withdrawn all PF amount from xyz company they already mentioned as CESSATION (Short Service) with DOE. I have only salary slip of xyz company.
