Nicely timed video. I bought a deeper container this week to use as a maturation box for a stilton that I want to make soon so it will be at it's peak for Christmas. I'll be trying the MA4001 this time around, thanks for the tip.
No problems Catherina. I found the flavour more pronounced due to the change in culture. We had some of this stilton last night, and it was so creamy it just melted in the mouth!
