Nicely timed video. I bought a deeper container this week to use as a maturation box for a stilton that I want to make soon so it will be at it's peak for Christmas. I'll be trying the MA4001 this time around, thanks for the tip.

I see a lot of recipes that pair Stilton with walnuts, like a inside a chicken kiev or a pie.

I use aluminium foil on my blues but i found the cheese ate into the foil, unless my foil was cheap!!!
