@@funtimeLJ6789 probably get better artifacts + level talents. team comps also make a big difference, like if you use freeze team with kaeya and use blizzard strayer, you can stack more crit dmg.

Her dmg is inconsistent without constellations. Massive difference between co and c6 (abit too big imo). I'm not too sure if my eula is optimised properly missing alot of physical dmg % from constellations and weapon (becoz at c0 you need to compensate with different sets and stats) mine has 2.5k att 50crit 189 crit dmg 178 er 80 phys with r1 wgs talent 10 10 10 4set pale flame but her ult does only 200-269k (340k max I ever done with food buff) if I manage to stack well and apply debuffs on the enemy. If debuffs aren't applied or buffs run out and i mess up it only does 50-90k. Team is eula zhongli fish and Bennett or diona. Then when you see c6 eulas literally do shit all and do 90k like you saw in the vid with a lv 1 sword really sucks to see it. I hope mhy will release more consistent dps character than 1 shot burst characters (diluc and xiao are somewhat good examples that I look forward to).

@@Dinofrog17 Eh I don't think Xiao is a good example either. Just like Eula his dps jumps hard with C6. I don't think it's as jarring as Eula but the damage difference is very noticeable and it's a complete playstyle change too. Instead of plunge spam you're now spamming E.

@@seramukherjee9952 I recently hit over 500k in the abyss but realistically i consistently hit around 260k when it crits and 90-110k non crits. idk what your attack is and your crit dmg is 240 while crit rate is only 30 specifically made for burst. I'm building her to be all around good to have on the field rather than swapping out as soon as I use her burst. 30 crit is unreliable even my crit is fairly OK but on the low side at 50. Her hold e dmg can do amazing dmg too (mine does around 30k-50k. The only changes I can realistically make is changing my sands mainstat (current energy recharge) into attack percentage and hit around 2.8 or2.9k att. That could make the difference

this is very objective. while the 7 million mark seriously is impressive, it also only works if eulas normal attack is level 1, to reach this burst number only for one showcase on a certain floor, which otoh makes her normal attack useless. the objective comparison could also be done by who is faster in clearing that floor, meaning "dealt the required damage in a shorter timeframe". a crowned eula certainly is stronger than a level 1 normal attack eula, but a crowned eula cannot showcase that number, simply because the enemies die too fast through normal attacks. there is no boss that lives long enough for a triple crowned eula showcase

So 20k normal attacks that hits every 0.4 seconds is not dps ? That's like 40k dmg in 0.8 seconds(assuming it crits), physical dmg characters excel in consistent dmg without any downtime so calling her dmg per screen shot doesn't make any sense to me, any character can be a dmg per screenshot with Mona,bennet and sucrose anyways

I have all four of them at about F2P levels of investment (Everyone 4 star weapons; Xiao has Jade spear cause I got lucky) and Xiao is the weakest of the bunch relying on his burst to deal AoE damage and it's not even a lot. Ganyu has the most consistent damage but without Amos she doesn't do as much as I was expecting. Hu Tao's only issue for me is her low health which is just dumb but its the cost of her damage so whatever. Eula is the easiest to deal damage with as she is physical and she has no downtime. In my experience, Ganyu and Eula are the best for open world, while I use them all for domains. The thing that you need to realize is that what Xiao can do, both Eula and Hu Tao can do as well since AoE just means killing multiple enemies... but Xiao can't do what Eula and Hu Tao can do.

@@foolpersona_ agree with what you said but you also need to realize two things about DPS units: 1.) HOW they deliver their damage 2.) Their “potential” in a 4-man party. Ofc mihoyo will not release a cracked unit both as a solo and as a full-party unit. Lemme just explain let’s start with Xiao. The reason why Xiao is rated in a higher tier than Eula is because of “how” he delivers his damage. He has high mobility, amazing shield break capabilities, and the ability to stagger even elite mobs which in and of itself is like a form of CC. In a 4-man party, Xiao can have 100% burst uptime and mihoyo took all of this into consideration because even tho Xiao only deals around 30-50k damage per plunge, him being mobile, breaking shields and having stagger abilities mean he’ll deliver his damage much more efficiently. And he does that in AoE that’s why his multipliers are low. And no, AoE doesn’t mean killing multiple enemies at once, it means having the ability to deal damage to enemies across a considerable area. Ofc if 4 mobs are clumped together your autos will most likely hit all 4 but that isn’t “AoE”. AoE means having wide area of coverage in dealing the damage. Now about Eula, what I like about her is that she is very consistent. In boss fights she is probably the best since she nukes hard. My issue with her after a while is that her autos are strong but they are single target-oriented and they are slow (she IS fast for a claymore user but overall she still is slow compared to sword and polearm users). The reason why CN doesn’t like her kit is bc her damage fluctuates really high and really low, claymore but can’t stagger, no ability to break shields, tl;dr she “only” deals damage and that’s it pretty simple. Her damage is consistent but... that’s just it. Well atleast according to CN. In a 4-man party, Eula’s “potential” is pretty much the same. Only having the access to Superconduct. Even if you give her a battery, her long cooldown on her burst still limits her, and she can’t take advantage of anemo CC since she’s a claymore user. All these are what you should consider bc imagine if Xiao deals Eula-like damage while retaining the AoE, mobility, and shield break capabilities and have 100% burst uptime he’ll be broken. Same with Eula if she retains her damage but gains access to a Yaksha’s mask she’ll wreck Teyvat. Also, let’s not forget Xiao doesn’t even has his own 4-piece anemo DPS set yet so I’m pretty sure a lot of things will change once that comes out and no the upcoming Inazuma set is not his 4-piece set.
