For those who struggle with "unfasten" and "unlock" "Unlock" is used when there is a lock or passcode: I unlocked my phone or I unlocked my car. "Unfasten" is used when you are just undoing something: I unfastened my seatbelt, I unfastened the latch. Hope this helped (:
I wanted to say that this grammar quiz was challenging and exciting to me. I've got 12 out of 15 because I didn't know until now some words given in rare contexts and I ended up getting confused, but that's okay. I'm still growing in my English journey. Thanks.

During tnis morning (Monday, July 10, 2023) I took your "Mixed Grammar Quiz"once again- and effortlessly achieved a perfect score -in minutes!GREAT! Larry Carroll😃😁😇🤩😘💋❤💯🙏🙏
Almost everything in a nutshell. Magnificent time spent. Practicing your English proficiency with this type of videos is what I would generally recommend to any beginner rather than spending hundreds and thousands of crucial money after reckless tuitions!! I scored 13/15 by the way. A very distinctive & memorable journey altogether. Last but not the least, thanks to the channel creator and his subscribers.
I've got 13/15🤩 I'm really satisfied with my result. I can see that I've improved my grammar very well compared to last time when I checked my grammar. Very well satisfied. Thank you for this quiz😊
I got all of them right!! Not bad, I'd say . . . My mother was an English major, and when I was in high school grammar was especially important in my household. Before I could turn in an English composition to my actual English teacher, it had to meet my mother's criteria - if it didn't, I had to re-write it until it did. Needless to say, I always did well in any English class I took.

15/15, of course, but then, I'm Dutch and we're pretty good at English :-) I also happened to have had some great teachers, who would drill us endlessly :-) I'm 60 years old now, but I can still recite Shakespeare's sonnet 18 by heart.
Well done Hope, it can't be easy. I'm from Holland originally although I spent many years abroad. I arrived in New Zealand at the age of ten unable to speak a word of English. Holland actually introduced English classes at the Primary School since. Even after returning to Europe 4 later, I still dream in English lol...

@@179joshiHave u heard of copula verbs or linking verbs? Look, seem etc are copula verbs which usually join adjective or noun complement to a subject... That means they are followed by adjectives not adverbs... Whereas speak is an ordinary verb which is followed by adverb...
@@179joshi If the main verb of a sentence makes it clear what kind of time the speaker is talking about, it is not necessary for the same time to be indicated again in subordinate clause... Go is the main verb used with a future construction will... So there is no need for the verb in the subordinate clause get to use the same future construction...

15/15 I have always loved grammar. I went to a Grammar school and I can't bear to hear or see things written wrong these days. It's like nails on a blackboard to me 😱
I took ESL in high school since I was born in Mexico and I've gotta say I took Mr Chesler for granted until just now that I took the test and thought it was some kind of joke while noticing how basic they seemed lol. 15/15. Thank you Mr Chesler
If you can write an essay/story in English without having to second-guess yourself, then you're a shoo-in for an Englishman. Note that American/British English has informal words called slang. But it's not important if you only need formal English.
