The BD squad is back, but most importantly...the Jofa bucket is back. Can Jesse end his drought with a little bit of helmet help? Corwin, Luca, Marissa and Eric are also vying for their claim to the BD belt in this ever-requested quiz.
"idk who's sitting on that thing, that's a big saddle. the only person with a kabooty big enough to sit on that saddle is marty st. louis" - also jesse, 2k19
*coyotes gets mentioned* Me: omg! That’s my team!! *it’s a joke about low attendance* Me: (still freaking out for my desert dogs getting mentioned) And for the record: getting to that arena is hell. It’s beautiful but god at what cost. If/when it moves to the other side of town, I think/hope it’ll pick up. Especially if they keep playing like they have.
It's such a pain having to travel halfway across the Phoenix metro area to get to the stadium. It's almost impossible for at least half of the people who want to get to the game because the have to travel such a ridiculous distance to the stadium
I’ve been a Yotes fan for a long time (living in Seattle) and I’ve never been to a Coyotes game, much less an NHL game. But I really hope I can soon! It sounds so much fun! Go Coyotes! 🐺🔴🏒
Madison Square, for those interested, is the intersection of Broadway, 23rd street and Fifth Avenue, which is also where Madison Ave starts just off to the East and the orignal garden and it’s succesor was just off this area, Madison Ave and 26th Street. The site, ironically given the current building’s location, was built out of an old trains station after the city banded locomotives south of 42nd street (which is why Grand Central is where it is). The orignal opened in 1879 and was owned by the Vanderbilt family since they owned the railroad that got kicked out. It was demolished then rebuilt in 1890 on the same spot and that building lasted until 1925. The third Garden was built on 8th Ave and 50th Street, this lasted to the 1960s when the current version opened on 7th and 33rd.
ahhh man this was worth the wait during all that other bardown content. Nice to see Jesse finally lift that belt. It was definitely the power of the Jofa.
BrenButler the smallest venue in the league, and u guys begged for them to come back, u should be selling out every game w how much complaining I’ve seen about leaving the barn, don’t even get me started w the attendance at Barclays
You need to disallow the “American Airlines Arena” for the stars. American Airlines Arena is where the Miami Heat Basketball Club plays basketball. The Dallas Stars (and the Dallas Mavericks) play at the American Airlines Center.
My first and only Pens game in the Igloo was April 3rd, 2010 against the Thrashers. As ugly as the stadium was from the outside, it had incredible energy and had a lot of sentimental value to the city🤞🏼
YES LETS GO JESSE, my heart is so full for him lol♥️. also i’m loving the Jets goal horn at the end of this lol. ps: i love these quizzes more than life oh my god.
