Beautiful rendition❤ a family member of mine attempted suicide a few weeks ago. I stayed in the hospital with him until they kicked me out due to the delta variant spike. It was hard to leave. Listening to your rendition and the repeated message, " let it go, let it go," just really spoke to me. This is bigger than me, and I do need to hand it over. To the One Who it isn't bigger than. I started playing guitar when I was about 14; then I joined the Marine Corps in 1966, and went to Vietnam in 1968..... end result..... I stopped playing guitar when I joined the Corps..... but, I started playing again about a year and a half ago, and I am 71 now. My problem? I don't seem to play much better now than when I was 14. Hmmmph! I wish I could study with you. Also, just out of curiosity, I wonder where you are. I think maybe Florida because it always seems to be warm, and people are always wearing shorts. I'm in Oregon and it's too cold for shorts in the evening here most of the time. Anyway..... really love your music; and your turquoise Tele. I was always taught that you stay for the whole song if you begin listening at the beginning of a song and especially if you request it, whether it's a version you like or not. If you are a child in tow, you don't always have that choice. As a closet musician and husband to an incredible singer/songwriter/busker (I may be biased, but, she does rock), I could see Dovydas' frustration, as brief as it was, near the end. Dovydas, you are incredible. Your ability to listen to a moment of song and match it is phenomenal. The fact that you are also so personal with the crowd keeps me coming back for more.
