for the first few minutes i couldnt tell if he was actually african or slavic

@@starhalv2427 No, every Interest Group exists in every country its just that if an Interest Group is below 2% Influence they're marginalized and are treated as having zero political impact on your nation. He just made moves to weaken the Landowners which naturally strengthened everyone else, and lead to groups like the Industrialists collecting large amounts of wealth which inflated their political strength.

Also a quicker way to add things to the research queue is to hold shift and left click the research
