Nxf7 sac was weird and didn't seem to get much, but it leads to complications and Gukeshplayed energetically and accurately

I'm always thrilled to see a PowerPlayChess video on Parham Maghsoodloo. No offense to Magnus or Ding, but Maghsoodlo is more fun to watch. He's right up there with Mamedyarov when it comes to generating the most interesting games available.

Gukesh is such a well-balanced player. He can be a fierce attacker but he can also be a calm defender, and we saw both sides very well in this game. He is going to be a force to be reckoned with for a long time.

Was Maghsoodloo's knight sacrifice fundamentally flawed or could he have won/drawn with perfect play after that? I just wonder whether this line is viable in theory. Great game, by the way, this was madness in a good way.

Objectively, not good. But there were certain practical difficulties after the sac: it was very difficult for the king to find a secure home afterwards, so the position was always on a knife edge.
