Having the bonnet release in the glovebox is actually genius as the glovebox also probably locks. So you can confidently park the car with the roof down without having your little 0.6l cappucino engine stolen while you're getting a cappucino from the shop.

This channel reminds me of all the best parts of mid 2000's top gear.

They really are awesome little cars, my wife had one, we test drove an MX5 and the Cappuccino and despite the tiny engine the Suzuki felt much faster, the handling was also pretty special. We only sold it just before our second child was born as we couldn't fit two child seats in. My 2 year old daughter was in tears when the car was sold, she loved it that much.

CarThrottle: "Hey mate can I borrow your car for a shoot we are doing?" Owner: "Yeah" CarThrottle: *Puts dog 3x size of car in the car*

The quality of these videos is top notch. Content, filming, editing and the way Alex presents the car, it's goddamn amazing and just a real joy to watch. This feels like your watching a TV-show rather than a video on youtube. Good job guys, keep it coming!

I had both, several MX5 and a Cappo. The Cappo is the modern version of the Austin Healey Frogeye Sprite, with a fun value above 100%.

Great videos. Keep them coming. The challenges is a throwback to what top gear cheap car challenges. Great presenter and decent banter with your friends. Please carry on. The Skoda challenge to Nurburgring and the 250 quid challenge was amazing. You should do the same challenge within 100 quid.

My ex works manager had one of these. It was surprisingly well equipped with heated seats and air conditioning. Not bad for a 90s car. Great video.

Dude, I Daily a 1994 Honda Civic Del Sol, I got plans to take the 2019 Accord 1.5T with the 6 speed and swap it into it. Making a Cappuccino a Daily is not too far off of what I do currently.

It looks like someone at Suzuki had an NB MX-5 and has washed it too hot

I bought one of the first ones imported into the UK from the Chequered Flag in Chiswick wrapped in a big red bow! It is great for the dinky-sized like me at 5' 1" because we can store the roof panels behind the actual seats in its padded bags. So then there's a big boot space plus it has an actual spare wheel. Now I went from my Cappu to a sexy MX5, high spec. BUT it was sluggish, heavy and so bland! Another point, the Cap has a big shelf behind the seats where my three terriers used to lounge on their pillows yet as it was recessed, they were safe from the wind, not so the MX5.

Always loved these tiny sports cars, like the Honda Beat, and especially the Autozam AZ-1. Oh and of course the Fiat/Bertone X/19.
